Oceanfront Pet Friendly Beach house by the Cherry Grove Pier

Excellent location! Direct oceanfront home within a short walking distance to the Cherry Grove Pier, restaurants, bars and nightlife, grocery store, retail shops, beachwear stores, ice cream shop, jet ski rental and so much more. This a duplex. This listing is for the upper unit. It has three bedrooms and will sleep 10 in beds. There is large covered deck on the oceanfront with amazing views! There is also a covered front deck too to take in the city views. We are pet friendly and have gated decks to keep your dogs from roaming too far. There is also a fenced in back yard and out door shower to wash off the sand. The house is fully stocked with everything you will need. High speed internet, tv's in all rooms, and plenty of parking.

My wife and I booked this place last minute for our anniversary, and it worked out perfectly. The host was really nice and quick to respond, even with the short notice. The house was clean, roomy, and stocked with everything we needed. Everything worked like it should, and we felt right at home.The location was great, just steps from the beach and an easy walk to stores and restaurants. It was quiet, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We had such a great time here! The location couldn’t have been better. It was quiet, right by the beach, and had beautiful views. The house was clean and exactly like the pics. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and being able to bring our dog made it even better. We would definitely come back again!

If oceanfront pet friendly is your top priority, this is the place!Propert manager responded quickly with each point of contact. It could use some serious updates and a deep clean but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

This is a GREAT location!! The house was excellent. We did have a problem at the very beginning and the owner was quick to resolve the issue. Thank you for the wonderful memories. Having our dog with us was a game changer, he loved his first time on the beach.

The listing does not indicate this is a third floor walk up. Stairs are very difficult. The place has a musty smell with excessive mildew on porch ceiling, closet, and bath room. There is mold on bath shower head and paint is peeling in the bath. Sink in bath has pulled from wall and unstable. Only two chairs on the porch and they are cracked. Living room couches were sticky and dirty. We had rented it for 13 days and tried to stick it out but after eight days we left. We would’ve left earlier but not sure what to do once you spend 9000. Location on the beach is outstanding with local services nearby but we cannot recommend the house - it needs serious power washing, new furniture, mold removal, and deep cleaning.

This property has a second and third floor available for separate rentals. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the view was incredible! Communication with the owner was very easy and they were quick to respond to our questions.The stairs however, well its 3 stories of lugging things up and down - which we were well aware of but after being out in the sun, sand and surf it was kind of a bigger pain then we anticipated. The electronic lock on the back door did not work so the back stairs down to the beach were kind of a moot point because in order to lock the back, you had to do it from inside and go out the front. We did not bring our fur baby with us on this trip however, I do love that that would have been an option for us.The home is lovely and in a lovely location. It could use some TLC (fresh paint, updated decor, new vinyl or replace with LVP) but I loved the original hardwood floors that remain in the non-vinyl or plank floor areas. Everything was in working order however the bathtub enclosure is small and squeaks when you're in it and the en suite bathroom is pretty tiny. The A/C unit had trouble keeping up with the heat throughout the day in July but cooled off overnight. The beds were comfy, the linens were fresh. I would stay here again!

Vacation week

The location is fabulous however the facility is a bit dated and could use a bit of up dating, especially in the bathrooms. The weather was very hot and we had some air conditioning issues but the owner was very responsive.

Great Location!

Stayed for a week in December. We choose this property because it was pet friendly. The view and location is fantastic. You are right on the beach. Fenced in area for the dog which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The reason for the 4 stars is that the property is in need of a little TLC. The lights on the deck were not working which made it very difficult to use the back steps once it got dark. Also, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking you might want to bring your own pans. The ones there are really not usable. Again, great location and great views. Good choice if you have pets

We love this place. Have stayed here several times. It is ocean.front. Couldn't have a better view and close to restaurants and grocery stores. We love Beaulineux (sp) They have everything. The place we stayed is nice and roomy . Just can't say enough good about this place. Hope to return.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect! Clean, spacious, everything worked perfect (laundry, kitchen range, great water pressure in the shower, etc) Pet friendly but we ended up boarding our pet due to length of travel but you couldn’t tell any pets had been there. Walking distance to groceries, and steps from the beach !!

Great location

House was as advertised. Nice space. I never worried about the dogs. You can tell it’s well used by dog families. Beds comfy and couldn’t beat the beachfront property.

Second visit

The location is fantastic. Right on the ocean. We could sit on the back porch and watch our adult children and our grandchildren play on the beach and in the ocean. It was easy to carry our umbrellas and chairs to the beach area, as well as walk our dog on the beach. The property could use upgrading. Our biggest concern was mold on the wall above the door out to the beach as well as surrounding walls.

Great location and awesome to bring our pets.

We had a wonderful time during our oceanfront beach vacation with our family and 2 dogs! It’s a clean place but needs some remodeling, while we’ve been told it’s coming this Winter, we would definitely come back and can’t wait to see what the remodel looks like! This beautiful property has some amazing potential!!!! Our Host was super accommodating for us and very nice!

4th of July Get away

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We had two large dogs with us and most places do not allow larger dogs. Being able to bring the fury part of the family is a plus. The house could use a little TLC but was clean, well cooled and comfortable. The location is what really makes this place- beachfront and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Also, Very close to the Cherry Grove pier. We sat on our balcony and watched the fireworks. It was a great stay!

Perfect location

Friends and I traveled for a celebration of life for a short weekend and we had zero stress staying here. The location was perfect. The check-in was seamless. Our flight was later in the day upon check out and the host accommodated which was amazing. Accommodations were perfect for our stay. we had a wonderful weekend, the view up top and being on the ocean was fabulous. Simple, seamless, stress free. Thank you !
