Come spend your next vacation in a coastal living paradise within Seascape Resorts. Seascape Driftwood Bay 40C is an updated, spacious, comfortable, and coastal themed condo just a short walk away from the beautiful white beaches of Miramar Beach. This condo is family and pet friendly and can comfortably sleep 7 people. As you walk through the front door of the condo we want you to feel like you are on vacation. Enjoy the coastal theming, the two beautiful balconies perfect for that morning coffee, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an amazing well-equipped kitchen, large dining room table, washer and dryer in unit, and we can’t forget the beautiful beams and high ceiling in the family and dining room. You will have plenty to keep you and your family entertained at the Seascapes Resort. Seascapes offers 5 different pools, and we are lucky that one of those pools is just a couple steps out the front door of the condo. Seascapes also provides a dedicated beach for its guests with private beach parking lot, pickleball and tennis courts, a basketball court, private lake for catch and release fishing, and even a golf course. Seascapes Driftwood Bay 40C is also walking distance to the walking and biking trails on the Scenic Hwy 98 where you will find coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach shops. This is the perfect place for your family getaway to the Gulf Coast!

2nd Floor condo with 3 bedrooms
Bedroom 1 is King Bed with bathroom attached with double sinks and a stand up shower
Bedroom 2 is King Bed
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (twin size each bed) and a stand alone bed.
Bathroom 2 is a single vanity with shower/tub condo.

All tv's are smart tvs so you can log in to all your favorites like Netflix, Hulu, Disney + to name a few.

*6 seater golf cart available for booking under property fees on booking page
Golf cart is rented at $75 per day and is kept offsite in a covered storage facility to keep cart clean and serviced.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April

Great Location

This was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Steps away from the pool and a short golf cart ride away from awesome Miramar beach. The host was very prompt to respond to any questions and provided a list of local favorites we enjoyed. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature at the condo was always a welcome refuge from the Florida heat. The overall property complex is starting to age but it is well maintained and kept clean.

Snowbird Trip

Our first time as snowbirds in Destin and the place was exactly as advertised. Host was super easy to connect with and replied to questions without hesitation. Location worked well for us with a 5-minute walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Would definitely rent this unit again when visiting.

Great Stay at Miramar Beach

Super easy to check in. Easy access to the beach. Has a private parking lot across from the beach to come and go. Home was as advertised. It was great. Look forward to coming back.

Great Location

Nice clean place to stay that was in walking distance to the beach and various restaurants. We enjoyed our stay overall and the host was quick to reply to questions as well.

Property was in a great location, minutes away from the beach! Owner was nothing short of amazing, he responded quickly and assisted us with all requests. We really enjoyed our stay, we will be staying again!

Temperature control

The place was nice except that the thermostat continued to run the temperature down to an uncomfortable level. I finally figured out how to work the thermostat, but recommend a more conventional thermostat be placed in the unit to allow future renters to be better able to control the temperature in the unit.

Clean and cozy

The condo was clean and well prepared for our arrival. It’s well within the seascape community and has lots of friendly neighbors along with direct access to a heated pool that was also very well kept. Trash was easy to dispose of as there were lots of locations close by to do so. Host was quick to respond to any questions and was able to assist us as needed with anything presented. There was also a small strip mall within quick walking distance that had coffee, ice cream and take out food that was very popular amongst everyone around there. Beach was also quick to get to, we found driving easier with young kids.

A Wonderful Vacation!

We had an AWESOME time on our family vacation for Fall Break! The condo was easy to book for the week. Andrew was great to work with and always quick to communicate. Condo was spacious, clean, was in a great location, and decor was beautiful. The beds were super comfy too! We enjoyed sitting out on the porch swings in the morning and evening. My 6 year old daughter loved that the pool was just across the street from the condo. We were at the pool everyday and it was so nice that it was heated. We ended up renting a golf cart for the week which was super fun! We will definitely being booking this condo again!
