Welcome to Manatee Mae Manor! Relaxing waterfront home located in Weeki Wachee Springs. Enjoy the spacious screened-in BBQ area with provided Cornhole, Giant Jenga, and Ring toss. We provide a collection of kayaks and paddle boards, including a double CYRSTAL-CLEAR kayak. Explore the nearby Hospital Hole, a beloved spot for manatees. We provide life jackets in various sizes and beach essentials to include a Cooler, Beach umbrella, and chairs. Your memorable and enjoyable stay awaits!
The space
Key Features:
★ Amazing location! Located just off the main river, a short paddle from “Hospital Hole” where manatees and many varieties of fish gather. Half a mile from Rodgers Park and the famous Upper Deck restaurant. 8 min drive from Buccaneer Bay and world-famous live mermaid shows!
★ Water Access: Direct access to the beautiful clear waters of the Weeki Wachee river and access to the Gulf of Mexico! The water temperature is 74 degree all year round and we have had Manatees swim right up to the dock!
★ Water Equipment: Crystal Clear double kayak, four single kayaks, Life Jackets, Two fishing Poles, and two Stand up paddle boards that can be packed up in their own travel backpack.
★ Screened-in BBQ: Large screened in Lanai with pretty wrap around string lights and an overhead fan. Sit around playing cards at the glass table with a water view and enjoy the smell of fresh air and BBQ.
★ Yard Games: It’s all about fun in the sun. Provided are Cornhole boards, Giant Jenga blocks, Ring toss, Cards, Puzzles, and Board Games.
★ Beach Essentials: We are located close to amazing gulf shore beaches and want to provide all the essentials for your beach explorations. Provided are Beach towels, Beach umbrella, Large Cooler, and Beach chairs.
★ Large Dock: Boat friendly! Park your boat right up to the dock. (Please inquire with host to insure we can accommodate) Lots of space and seating with solar lights surrounding the railings and dock floor, this provides visibility at night and creates a beautiful display of color when enjoying an evening BBQ. The dock extends out over the water so feel free to fish and lounge right on the water!
★ Kayak Launch Dock: Getting in and out of a kayak can be challenging. so, we built a brand-new dock just off the main dock that has handles and a post to tie the kayak to allowing for easier and more stable access into the kayaks.
★ Master on Suit bathroom: The home has two full baths, but the master bedroom includes a walk-in closet and private on-suite bathroom.
★ Dedicated workspace: In the open concept living and kitchen area you will find ample workspace with comfortable seating.
★ Complimentary Items: We provide bars of soap for every stay, coffee and tea options for our Keurig.
★ Fast Giga Wi-Fi 500+ Mbps

→ Living room - 55-inch smart TV with Spectrum TV package, Large sectional sofa with pull out queen bed, double sliding glass door looking out to the water, board games and puzzles.
→ Backyard - The backyard is the perfect outdoor entertainment space, featuring a screened-in Lanai, BBQ, Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Ring Toss, Large Dock, Lounge chairs and table. Equipped with string lights and colorful solar lights surrounding the dock. Perfect for entertaining, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather.
→ Kitchen - Recently renovated kitchen with large island and plenty of seating. Equipped with all the necessary cooking tools, blender, and Keurig with complementary coffee and tea.
→ Bedroom 1 – Fully renovated On-suit bathroom, walk-in closet, large dresser, and Smart TV
→ Bedroom is 2 – Walk-in closet, dresser, and Smart TV
→ Queen Bed – Large sectional with Pull out Queen bed in living room
