This unique end-unit condo, nestled in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf, offers a large entertainment balcony and easy access to local amenities. Welcome to Observation Pointe (Baytowne Wharf Complex), an oasis within Sandestin® resort and your gateway to a sun-soaked vacation, with the village square just steps away (Exit door to the village is directly outside this units entrance)
The renovated condo features an open floor plan, ideal for entertaining. Unwind in the living room, complete with two sofas, both offering sofa beds, and a flatscreen TV, while planning your next adventure.
