Summary:
This lovely 3-bed, 2.5-bath house on one acre is a non-smoking property. Located 6 minutes from Glenn Brooke with Kroger, Target, and Kohl's. Indian Lake, with many dining options, is about 8 minutes away. Two pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Note: the back of the garage is rented short-term but is separate from the house. Upstairs features one king bed in the room with a single bed.
The Space:
The detached garage is rented out as well. This is a completely different area that won't effect your stay at all. They do park in the same driveway.
Guest Access:
Guest get to use all the facilities including the yard.
Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)
Disclaimer: Please note that occasional Wi-Fi issues from the service provider may occur. The host will not be liable for any compensation due to lost Wi-Fi connections experienced by guests.
Local guests within a 50 km radius of the property are subject to approval.

Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests).
Pet Policy:
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property.
A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay applies.

Food Delivery:
For any food deliveries, Shipt dot com will deliver to you.
Sleeping Capacity:
Standard capacity: 6 guests
Up to 8 guests are allowed with an additional charge of $15 per night for the 7th and 8th guests.
Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly.
Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
