Views, views views! You will love waking up to the views this home has to offer. The home overlooks the Reems Creek Valley. The front of the home is lined with sliding glass doors that allow you to take in the view while relaxing inside or for easy access to the expansive deck! Watch the fog roll out and the blue ridge colors change while drinking your morning coffee. The home is unique, as it was built in the 70's off the grid! Over the years the home has been upgraded with modern amenities.
The main level of the home includes a large great room, dining, space, kitchen, and king bedroom with a private deck and bath, half bath, and laundry. The upper level of the home offers a loft space with a single day bed, king bedroom, and bathroom. The lower level of the home offers a separate living space perfect for kids or privacy, a queen bedroom, a beautiful bath, and a deck with the same gorgeous views! Plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. Our home offers a fire pit for your enjoyment. Wildlife sightings are common - turkeys, foxes, hawks, bears, and more! You'll get to enjoy the private views from the home while conveniently being 3 miles from the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Downtown Weaverville as well as only 8 miles from Downtown Asheville! Wolf Ridge Ski Resort is only 30 minutes away. Groceries and restaurants are less than 1 mile away.
