The sturdy staircase leads to a spacious lower level, ideal for a variety of uses—whether a recreational room, study, media room, or additional sleeping area. You'll also find a full-sized washer and dryer, ample storage, and a compact outdoor space perfect for grilling or gardening.

To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Home Truths:
The second bedroom, located just off the master as you descend to the lower level, is a versatile space that can serve as a twin bedroom or flex office, though it is not fully private.

The Neighborhood:
Williamsburg has quickly become one of New York’s most desirable and lively neighborhoods in the past decade or two, and is a perfect location from which to enjoy the city’s best art, culture and bars whilst still having the more residential and green vibe of Brooklyn. Here you are ideally situated, close to subways and bars/restaurants, and equally near to McCarren Park and the East River for a daily dose of fresh air and nature.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are allowed with approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.

As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent

All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
