The second bathroom comes with a single vanity and a tub-shower combination.

The condo’s modern, fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. Enjoy them at the dining room table or at the breakfast bar, which has three additional barstools for casual dining. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living room with natural light, and TVs are provided throughout the condo for your entertainment.

Step out onto the balcony, furnished with elegant poly-wood-style furniture, where you can unwind while enjoying an indirect view of the Gulf. This beautifully decorated condo also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. Island Winds East Units: Onsite parking is limited to one (1) parking pass per unit, regardless of size during Spring Break, mid May through mid August, Labor Day, and Shrimp Festival event. Additional parking available offsite. Subject to change.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.
