Lyhyen kÀvelymatkan pÀÀssÀ Summit Stage -bussipysÀkiltÀ pÀÀset ilmaiseksi ympÀri vuoden ja kÀtevÀlle kuljetukselle suoraan rinteille ja viehÀttÀvÀÀn keskustaan. Beautiful home with incredible views of the mountains, ski slopes, and the town below. Very peaceful and relaxing. This home has everything you need. I am in a manual wheelchair and the main floor was easily accessible for me.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Breckenridge is a great town. Definitely our happy place.

This was a 10 out of 10 house which played a major part in us having a wonderful trip to Breckenridge. The views were spectacular! Everything was exactly as described. We loved the spacious layout of the house and the luxurious feel to it. Everything was in great condition and tastefully decorated. My kids especially enjoyed the pool table, foosball table, and we all loved the hot tub. The owner's communication was excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying at this home.

We recently stayed at this stunning mountain home, and it was absolutely everything we were hoping for and more! Nestled in the heart of the mountains, the house offers breathtaking views from nearly every room, making it the perfect escape. The spacious layout was perfect for our family of 10, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space.The open-concept living area, with its large windows, brought the outdoors inside, and the kitchen was well-equipped for preparing large meals. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, and there was no shortage of bathrooms, which made it easy for everyone to get ready in the mornings without any hassle.We loved spending time on the outdoor deck, which had plenty of seating and panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. Whether it was enjoying a quiet morning with coffee or winding down at night, the view was always the highlight.

Family Getaway for 50th Anniversary

This place is beautiful! Luxurious enough to feel like a vacation without feeling like you can't touch anything or relax. The owners reached out to see if we needed anything, but weren't overbearing. The sweet neighbor even introduced himself. We had 9 people ranging from 5 to 70 something with enough space for everybody. Short drive to downtown for entertainment and hiking. My one word of warning is to make sure you follow the high altitude cooking instructions in the welcome guide. We made that mistake the first night, just read the directions. I promise they include them for a reason. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The place was fabulous. The views were more than fabulous. Great location. The house had everything we needed. A couple of little issues that were resolved immediately. Be sure to get a couple of cans of oxygen as this place is way up there. I would give 20 stars if I could. Thanks so much for our wonderful family reunion. Lots of love left and memories.

Friends trip to Breckenridge

I booked this house with some friends with the idea being to perfectly balance being reasonably remote, close to mountain hiking yet still close enough to town to be convenient for dinners and shopping. The house did not disappoint. It’s in a great location, it’s in excellent condition and the host was terrific. I have zero complaints.

Beautiful Home with Fantastic View

As the title says, this is a beautiful home with incredible views of the mountains and Breckinridge. The home looks relatively newish, or at least remodeled in the not too distant past. Everything inside is beautiful, clean, with a rustic vibe. The home is a duplex but we never knew anyone was in the adjoining unit. It's a bit of a drive up the hill (hence the views and the feeling of seclusion) but it takes just a few minutes to get down to town. Might be more of a challenge in snow. Hosts are great but we really had no problems to address. Oh, and the hot tub is awesome. Really, you can't go wrong with this home.

Weekend Getaway!

We split up two work weeks on the road with a weekend in Breckenridge. Rather than our typical hotel we opted for the VRBO option and couldnt be more happy we did! What a beautiful home, with amazing views and easy and quick access to downtown. Our group is already looking forward to coming back in ski season!!!

VIEWS!!! Convenient Location/ Great Communication/ immaculate instructions

Took a family vacation to Breckenridge for skiing and other snow activities. Didn’t want to stay far from the main areas of town. This beautiful home was conveniently located close to everything in Breck, I decided to rent a car as opposed to depending on the public shuttles but i saw a lot of people using it. Anytime i contacted owners for assistance i was replied to in minutes. The home had more conveniences than any other Vrbo home ive stayed. I could tell the owners/management cares about your experience in the home as well as the town itself. THE VIEWS ARE IMMACULATE!! Highly recommended!

Amazing house and trip

Went with my adult children and one teen and had an amazing time. House was set up well for our group and very clean, spacious, and warm. Bus stop was convenient, and the views were spectacular. Host checked in and responded to questions quickly. Would definitely go back.

Outstanding Stay

We spent many vacations in rental homes, however this was the best we stayed at. Our family of six adults and two grandkids ( one grandchild in a wheelchair) had a great time together at an outstanding home. It had all the conveniences needed for the week stay. We spent allot of time on the balcony with a magnificent view or in the hot tub. When inside, we loved the pool table and foos ball. When leaving we all commented about how much fund we had as a family. Thanks to the owners and manager for an outstanding stay.

Incredible views of Breckenridge

We loved our stay at Tenmile Terrace. The home was beautiful, spacious, and had the most amazing views! It actually seemed bigger than the pictures indicated, and the views were the best we’ve ever seen in any vacation rental. We had plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 4 kids, and everyone enjoyed the foosball table, pool table, and hot tub, as well as watching foxes from the deck. The owner had everything labeled so that we could easily find what we needed, and also had a binder full of helpful info about the home and local restaurants, activities, public transit, etc. The only improvement that could be made is the beds- everyone in our group agreed that the beds were uncomfortable and some of the pillows needed to be replaced. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we would love to go back! Thanks to the hosts for a great week!

Dirk and Kathy Walker are from Tennessee and after living in Texas, Wisconsin and Oklahoma, now reside in Denver. Graduates of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, we spent many weekends in the Smoky Mountains. We love to hike and enjoy all other outdoor activities. We have found a year-round outdoor paradise in Breckenridge. Though our favorite time of the year to visit Breck is summer and fall, our 3 grown children and their families take full advantage of the winter sports.

With family in Wisconsin, Texas, Tennessee, New York, Oklahoma, and Virginia we needed a spot to gather.

We purchased Tenmile Terrace as a place for family and friends to be together in a comfortable, spacious home near year-round outdoor activities. We searched for just the right property and knew this was it. We felt at home the moment we walked in. The floorplan is open and the large windows allow for lots of light as well as views from every vantage point. There is space to allow everyone to spread out while still being together. The home is private and secluded while being only minutes away from shopping, restaurants and skiing. And if you don't want to get in your car, the free, convenient, year-round shuttle is just a short walk away.

Did we mention the view? It's amazing. From both living rooms, from the upper or lower deck, from the hot tub, from the kitchen, or from the master bedroom, it is magnificent.
