Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Just a few minutes from the charming town of Inverness, located in a quiet neighborhood, Raven's View is within walking distance of the tiny village of Inverness, Saltwater restaurant, Tomales Bay Resort & Marina & kayak rentals, and Chicken Ranch Beach. Or hike from your doorstep up through the neighborhood to the trails of Point Reyes National Seashore.
Please note that this is a downstairs unit. Upstairs is not rented, but occasionally used by the owners, a very quiet and pleasant couple who come out infrequently to tend to their raised bed gardens and enjoy nature. The spaces have been set up to ensure the feeling of privacy and serenity. We know that's what you're coming for, and we assure you it will feel quiet and private.
The home is ideal for extended stays for 1 or 2 persons. There is a set of stairs from the parking area down to your deck.

3. Commencing after sunset, the designated ”'quiet time” policy takes effect outdoors. As the home is situated within an exceptionally serene neighborhood, noise travels easily during nighttime hours. In consideration of our neighbors and the collective harmony of our home-sharing community, we kindly request adherence to this regulation. Please ask us for alternative accommodation if this does not work for you and we’d be happy to help find a place!
4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.
5. No pets are allowed at this stay. If you are looking for accommodations that allow pets, we can refer you to one of our other properties which welcomes dogs. Violation of either of these rules will incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
6. No additional guests without prior approval.
7. Guests will be responsible for any damages or charges incurred by them during their stay. Please alert us right away if something is broken or amiss.
8. We reserve the right to enforce charges via the Airbnb Resolutions Center for damages or unreasonable use of listing utilities. Abuse of house amenities may result in post-reservation charges equal to the value of costs incurred. By booking our listing, you agree to these terms and all other house rules.
