Plenty of bedrooms not enough space for the amount of bedrooms. Rodents in the house. Hard to heat the house. Could use more space heaters. Could be cleaner under the heat vents. Yard was not kept up. Mowing needed and shrubs trimmed. Flower beds not weeded.

The property was as accurate as the other feedback I had read. Plenty of sleeping space, which was great; however, there was not a lot of general seating. The couches were very small...only enough seating for 2 people on each, plus the single chair. The front of the house has a nice sitting room, but it has no furniture and is just unused space. The kitchen table only has 4 chairs, and then 4 more tiny stools that could be used. The bedding and towels were clean. The bathrooms were fine. There was no mirror in the master bathroom, which was a little odd. This met our needs for the one night we were there. Also, the house is not accessible to anyone who might struggle with stairs. To get from the kitchen to the living room, you have to go up three steps and back down 3 more steps. Low head clearance in some places, so not ideal for a super-tall family.

The house was clearly in the middle of remodeling and not finished, the kitchen was great, the in-window air conditioners brand new with the plastic still on the cords. However one of them didn't have a plug available to plug into. We had to buy an extension cord. The house was very hot when we arrived and I had to go around and turn the air conditioners on. The deck and yard in the back were really unusable and old. The largest bedroom's bathroom had a lovely double sink, but no mirror. Much to like, much more needed to make it more attractive to the next people to come there. It would also be great to have a book of recommendations for nearby restaurants and services, like grocery stores. I managed to find them on line, but in the house as an added feature would be nice.

Too Many Oversights

This stay was okay but not as expected as compared to other Airbnb accommodations. It was chosen due to the number of bedrooms for a family gathering. There was ample space, however with so many things amiss this stay was challenging. We will not be back. First off, when we arrived it was a hot day and management did not set ac at a minimum so it was too hot in the house and took hours to make it comfortable. There was also a broken door jam so a bedroom door would not close. How could this be missed upon a cleaning?Secondly, when someone needs 7 bedrooms that means they also need ample seating. There were two scruffy loveseats, and a club chair. We made do with outdoor camp chairs. With a house that big you NEED a large sofa or sectional. This oversight was the worst aspect of our stay. Furthermore, the kitchen needs to have hot pads, toaster, kettle, more glasses, more silverware, and dish towels. Things that seem obvious were missed. The kitchen has bare minimum supplies for about 6 people.Lastly, there were no washclothes, no towel hooks in one bathroom, and a bathroom with no mirror! It is like the owner never stayed in their own design to see it if was workable or not.
