*Stand alone home with unobstructed bay views. Awesome long deck for sunsets on 2nd floor. 2 blocks to beach.

*2 bedroom / 2 full baths up & down has a 2nd full kitchen, small living room and it's own bed & full bathroom completely separate from upstairs (enter via garage)
*Backyard for BBQ. Does not have direct access to bay

The Space:
This large, stand alone 2 story home is great for a couple families to join forces on.
Classic eclectic beach homey feel for sure. .
Brand new pool (heated) there is a $25/day charge if you want pool heater on, $35 if you want pool/jacuzzi on at same time.
Upstairs is the main house with the master bedroom with a king bed and en suite full bathroom, very large
Second bedroom upstairs has a bunk bed that has a queen on the bottom and a full sized bed up top. There is plenty of room for an airbed that we provide in the closet, plus a huge couch in the living room (though not a pull out)
Downstairs is the unique second unit, with it's own full kitchen, small living room, and bedroom/bathroom. This bedroom is great for kids with a queen sized bed plus a trundle bed that means 2 single sized beds. The full bathroom is in between the kitchen and the bedroom. If you exit the downstairs unit, you can go through the garage to the inside stairwell to get upstairs. You do not have to exit the home.
One super nice feature here is the end of this public street is a cut off you can actually stand at and fish in the bay if you so desire!

The hallway has a full bathroom with a cool barn door slider. The large eat in kitchen is somewhat dated but totally equipped ready for quick or deluxe family dinners.
The very long deck outside off kitchen is perfect for some margaritas at sunset or just hanging out with the family. West atol is a very quiet street.
Pool and hot tub brand new completed April 2022.
It is 2 city blocks walking to public beach access for swimming
While this home does not have direct bay access that is private, you are allowed to fish at end of street if you wish
There is adequate provided "real beds" for sleeping space for 10 people, though between the queen airbed and the 2 couches, 14 is allowed.
We do not provide a BBQ, but you are most welcome to bring one for a cookout on the front paved area, or in the backyard. Please though, not on upstairs deck as it is all overhung by roof.
Wifi with smart TVs are provided/included
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
Has a 2 car garage, of which 1 car garage for storage of kiteboard, paddle board or your fishing gear. No cars allowed however inside. Parking for up to 4 cars max off street though you could fit more it is not allowed & towing is enforced.

This home is not a fit for "family reunions" parties, "group BBQs" etc. Unregistered guests above 14 will result in eviction without refund.
