■ RENTAL AGREEMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT - You will be sent a Rental Agreement. Signing and returning the rental agreement is a requirement for staying at this property. If you do not sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of booking, your booking may be canceled. This includes setting up a security deposit that will be held during your stay and refunded 48 hrs after checkout, assuming there is no damage to the property.
■ HEATED SALTWATER POOL OPEN YEAR-ROUND - The water temperature is subject to the outside temperature. Pool heating fee is $100/day for the entire stay. If you would like the pool heated, please send a request to heat the pool when you book. Once the request is received, we will reply with a confirmation and request payment of the heating fee. If we do not receive a payment to heat the pool, the temperature of the pool will be subject to the current weather.
■ NOISE RULES & QUIET HOURS - Outdoor LOUD MUSIC is prohibited AT ALL TIMES. We do have neighbors, and we ask that you be respectful of their presence. QUITE HOURS begin at 10:00 p.m. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. After this time, no outdoor music or loud group activities are allowed. Guests are required to be mindful that we do have neighbors and families on the other side of the trees that can hear music and other loud noises.
■ HOT TUBS & POOL RULES - No Dogs in the pool area! Children must be monitored at all times when using the pool and hot tubs. Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tubs and Pool. Please use the provided plastic wine glasses. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS, OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the pool & hot tub. It is professionally serviced after every stay. If the pool or hot tub needs to be serviced during your stay, just let us know.
■ AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.
■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 22 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
■ SECURITY CAMERA - There are security cameras on the front porch in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.
■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin. Guest may smoke outside at firepit area.
■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.
