Our cottage features a spacious open-concept area, including a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy dining space, and a warm living room, all designed for comfort and privacy. Highlights include:
Cathedral ceilings with wooden slats.
Charming spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine with an open bedroom (2 double beds), loved by guests and children.
Ground-floor master bedroom (queen bed).
Sofa bed in the living room.
A full bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo and a convenient washer/dryer area.
A pellet stove in the living room for added comfort and warmth.
Step outside to a terrace overlooking the river, equipped with:
BBQ and spa offering stunning views.
A fire pit to enjoy cozy evenings.
In season, enjoy the complimentary use of two kayaks and a paddleboard (safety gear recommended).

National Hiking Trail: Explore Parc des Chutes de Montauban and Mont Otis.
