Yksityinen ranta, telakka ja uimapuku tekevÀt tÀydestÀ paikasta viettÀmÀÀn pÀivÀn Pink Cottageissa. MeidÀn aurinkotilanne nÀyttÀÀ ulos nurmikon pÀÀltÀ ja jÀrvelle, josta pÀÀset nauttimaan yhdestÀ kotimaisesta kotista sekÀ huopia ja kalasÀÀskiÀ.
Se on erinomainen paikka rentoutua ja nauttia jÀrvestÀ, villielÀimistÀ ja kauniista auringonlaskuista. Mökki mahtuu 6 henkilöÀ 2 makuuhuonetta ja parvi, jolla on rajoitettu pÀÀtyyksi (5 jalkaa). Yhden kerroksen makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode ja toisessa kaksi kaksoset. Parvella on kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta. MökissÀ on perus kaapeli-tv ja langaton internetyhteys. Voit tuoda oman streaming-laitteen, tv: llÀ on HDMI-portti. Suljettu auringon huone nÀkymÀt jÀrvelle, tÀysin varustettu keittiö, olohuone / ruokailutila ja hiljattain remontoitu kylpyhuone suihkulla loppuun ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa. SiellÀ on suuri kannella, laaja nurmikko ja valtava kivipalo. Toimitamme kanootin ja kolme kajakkia, kaksi istua ja yksi istua kajakilla. Julkinen veneen lasku on vain tien pÀÀllÀ, jotta voit kÀynnistÀÀ veneesi ja sitoa sen telakkaamme.

Our stay at the Pink Cottage

We rented this cottage last year fir one week. We loved our stay so much that this year we made it 2 weeks. We are already making plans for next year. Ellen and Wilder are great hosts. She has everything you need for your stay at the cottage.

Wonderful

Our family of 3 adults loved our stay at The Pink Cottage. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality by our hosts, Ellen and Wilder. The property itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could possibly need. The location is perfect, offering a peaceful environment while still being close to local shops and restaurants. We had 3 days of not-so-great weather but always found something to do without having to drive very far. We also took advantage of the dock for fishing, the kayaks, swimming in the lake, and just relaxing down by the water or on the deck. We loved having the lake right outside the back door and the beautiful view. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking in periodically to make sure everything was OK. The attention to detail and personal touches were appreciated. Overall, our stay at The Pink Cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Better than the photos!

Me, my husband, and our three kids stayed from June 30th through June 6th and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The cottage was spotless...I mean spotless! That is so important to me and I was not disappointed. It was equipped with just about everything you need for a great stay...from kitchenware to towels to kayaks and a canoe to wood for the firepit. There were fans and a portable air conditioner but we really didn't need anything because it was lovely and the perfect temperature with a great breeze so windows stayed open and we were quite comfortable. There are three bedrooms...a loft upstairs with two twin beds, a bedroom downstairs with two twin beds, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. Everyone was comfortable. The hostess met us at the cabin when we arrived and we were able to contact her to ask questions and she was very nice to talk to. The cabins is about ten minutes from town which had nice shops and restaurants. We had the best week. The property is lovely, the lake is clean as a whistle....no swampiness or anything like that. Cool aned clean and just a pleasure to swim in and kayak/canoe on. We heard loons at night and saw a giant eagle nest on the island across lake from the house. This place is a ten star and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Maine. There is only one bathroom but our family of five made it work. This place was great and we hope to return!

Pink Cottage Stay

We had a great time at the Pink Cottage. Ellen was there to greet us when we arrived. She is a wonderful lady, told us the history of the cottage and area. The cottage has everything that you need. The fishing was good, small fish but they were biting. Didn't get to use the boats but it was nice that they were available.

Perfection

The cottage inside and out is perfect! The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and even rescued us when we had a “tire issue.” Sitting on their glassed in porch with a book and a cup of coffee was icing on the cake!

40 years spent with my Angel “ wife”

The pink cottages warm embrace and view of heaven out every window made our anniversary that much more spectacular. Ellen and Wilder were the perfect host’s. We had the truest Maine experience right at the cottage, deer, eagle, loons, bear sighting down by the church our friend the sunk and more fish then I have ever seen. The Pink Cottage

We loved everything about this cottage inside and outside. It was a perfect home located right on the lake with a lovely lawn between the house and the lake to lounge in the sun when the sun moves off the deck. We enjoyed kayaking and looking for the bald eagle that lives on the Island just across the lake. Ellen, our host was delightful to talk to. We will rent here again!

Exceptional experience

From the moment we stepped through the door, we felt comfortable and at home. Well stocked kitchen is an understatement. There were even chip clips and rubberbands! Very clean, and the lake views won't disappoint. I didnt want to leave the rear sunroom, which we appreciated on a rainy foggy Autumn day. This woods meets lake paradise will not disappoint. I could live here forever!

Beautiful and Serene Cottage

The Pink Cottage was the perfect place for the three of us to relax and enjoy beautiful Damarisciotta Lake, while also being close enough to visit our favorite spots in Maine. Clean, cozy, thoughtfully decorated and so well cared for. Ellen and Wilder were the perfect hosts. This is the best rental I have had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you so much for sharing this piece of Maine heaven! My sweet 90 year old Dad will treasure these memories.

Amazing house and property!!!!!

The area, the Lake front and view were absolutely stunning. It is a fully stocked house with every pot, pans, utensils, dishes, you name it they had it. All of the amenities you can think of that pertain to the inside of the house. You feel like you never left home. The owners were fantastic. They check in on you every day to make sure that you are OK and that you had everything you needed. We would absolutely want the pink cottage again. We had an awesome time.

Wonderful Week

What a great spot the Pink Cottage is! The cottage was very clean and the kitchen was exceptional well stocked (I always bring a few of my own Kitchen utensils just in case, and I didn't need to unpack any of them.) We loved relaxing, swimming and paddling in the lake as well as exploring much of the Mid Coast area. Our only complaint would be - One week just wasn't enough to do all the things we wanted! :-) :-) We are looking forward to returning to the Pink Cottage soon!

Wonderful place for a fall trip!

Perfect place for a fall getaway to Maine. This cottage is a great place to see the changing colors, watch the birds in the pine trees out front, and see the cows on the far hill from the kitchen window. Nice and warm, VERY well outfitted for cooking, and cozy front porch for morning coffee watching the sun rise.

Now I live in Richmond, VA, but I bring my family here for two weeks every summer. My children Camden (17) and Raegan (15) love to swim, fish and kayak on the lake. They play badminton and whiffle ball on the lawn and, at night, roast marshmallows over the bonfire in the fire pit. Their time at the Pink Cottage is consistently the highlight of their year. I am so pleased to be able to share this special place with my children. If you decide to visit, I know it will find a lasting place in your heart.
