The thermostat is locked at 70°F for optimal comfort.

If you require a different temperature, please contact us before check-in to see if adjustments can be made.

📍 Location Notice
This apartment is located in North Philadelphia, a vibrant urban area.

While we strive to provide a safe and quiet environment, we cannot control external surroundings.

No refunds are provided based on neighborhood preferences, so we recommend researching the area prior to booking.

🚗 Parking
Street parking only is available. No dedicated parking space is provided.

🧴 Consumables
We provide a starter supply of toiletries and other consumables.

Guests are responsible for restocking items such as food, beverages, and toiletries during their stay.

🆔 ID Requirement
We require a valid ID from all guests included in the booking, in accordance with our policy.

🔐 Smart Lock Check-In
A secure smart lock code will be sent before your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

🐾 Pet Policy
Pet fee: $125 per pet.

For a second pet, an additional $125 will be charged.

We require a photo and vet records of all pets.

Only dogs are allowed for long-term stays. Cats are allowed for stays under 3 months.

🛏️ Linens & Sofa Beds
Extra linens are only provided upon request prior to arrival.

We do not guarantee linens for sofa beds or air mattresses unless the correct occupancy was booked in advance.

📺 Living Room TV & Couch Notice
Only the living room has a TV.

The couch may have been recently replaced due to damage—please inquire about the current setup prior to booking.

💵 Security Deposit


It is refunded within 14 days after checkout, provided no damages are found.
