Guests have access to the entire home and backyard with exception to the locked cleaner's closet, attic and backyard shed.

Owners, hosts and staff bear no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that guests may sustain within or during their stay, nor damaged personal belongings or vehicles.

Cameras are located at front door, front yard and driveway for security.

BUGS:
Florida is a tropical environment. There are bugs, lizards and other creatures present and although we treat the property regularly to keep them out, sometimes they will get in. It's not uncommon to see an occasional beetle, palmetto bug or even a black garden snake around the property. Please let us know if you have any issues with bugs or indoor pests, but no refunds will be provided for the presence of bugs inside or outside the property. You will experience mosquitos and no-see-ums outside in the evening here in Florida - please bring bug spray if you are sensitive to them.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE:
- Front yard is mowed once a week, mid-week.

- Pool cleaning is scheduled for twice a week - once by the pool company and once by the property manager. Please use skimmer net as needed.

- We make every attempt to keep the pool as clean as possible, but leaves and debris will end up in the pool.
