Set at the end of a private road and surrounded by forever-protected state land, the home is perched on a dramatic cliff with sweeping views of the Ashokan Ridge, Berkshires, Hudson River, and Shawangunks. You can even catch the Mohonk Mountain House glimmering on the horizon, and after a storm, the sound of waterfalls in the ravine below is natureâs own white noise.
Inside, the space is fully renovated with a brand-new kitchen, refinished floors, and a modern scullery just off the dining area. The open layout includes two king bedrooms and one queen, two full baths (with soaking tub and bidet), and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stone fireplaceâperfect for fall and winter weekends. With four decks, a private pool, central heat/AC, and fast Wi-Fi, this home makes it easy to work remotely during the week and relax in style all weekend.

Weâve put real care into making it comfortable, welcoming, and uniquely oursâand we love getting to share that with guests who value peace, nature, and design.

Honestly, we didnât pick the neighborhoodâthe house chose us. The moment we stepped onto the deck and saw the sweeping mountain views, we were hooked. You can see all the way to the Berkshires in Massachusetts, the Rhinecliff Bridge over the Hudson River, and the Shawangunk Ridgeâsometimes even catching a glimpse of the Mohonk Mountain House when the light hits just right. The house sits at the very end of a private road, perched on a cliff, and is surrounded by forever-protected state land. After a rainstorm, you can even hear the water rushing down the waterfalls in the ravine below. Itâs peaceful and secluded, yet just 10 minutes to the heart of Woodstockâoffering the best of both worlds.
