The Space:

Retreat to the serene master bedroom, featuring a plush queen bed, elegant dresser and chest of drawers, a nightstand, and a spacious walk-in closet. Unwind with your wall-mounted Smart TV or refresh in the private en-suite bathroom with its relaxing tub/shower combination.

Perfect for families or groups, the guest bedroom offers both a full-size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, along with a nightstand, ottoman, and a wall-mounted Smart TV. A second full bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway, providing easy access from both the guest bedroom and the living area.


LIVING AREA

Gather and relax in the spacious living room, beautifully furnished with plush, comfortable seating, a cozy ottoman, and two stylish end tables with soft-glow lamps. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, or step through the elegant French doors onto your private balcony. Outfitted with comfortable outdoor seating, the balcony offers serene views of the lush golf course and sparkling lake — the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind at sunset. For added convenience during your stay, a brand-new full-size washer and dryer are located in the laundry room.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals right at home during your vacation. It features an electric stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. Enjoy casual dining at the eat-at bar with three barstools or in the cozy breakfast nook with a table that seats up to six guests.

When it’s time for a sit-down meal, gather around the dining room table, which comfortably seats up to six guests — perfect for family dinners or entertaining friends.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as STARTER rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

If the house/condo happens to be in a resort, they try to use these off-season times to do yearly updates. We can't control this dates and times and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

Guest Access:
Keypad Entry for convenient self check-in

- All check-in instructions are automatically be sent out via our system software on the day of arrival approximately around 1:00pm. Please make sure your check-in form is filled out at the time of booking as this is how the system knows to send out your check-in instructions.

Getting Around:
We recommend using a car, Uber, or taxi for convenient travel. Walking is also a great way to experience the local surroundings.

We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexcepted things that can come up.

- NO Smoking: NO Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.

- Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort; this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

- Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property- with ZERO refunds!!!!!!

- Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We must have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

- Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

- Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure.

-Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
