- Bedroom 1 : King bed w/ attached bathroom ( perfect for guests who prefer no stairs)

-Bedroom 2 : King bed (spacious master suite w/ ensuite bathroom)
- Bedroom 3 : King bed - connected to Bathroom 4 by a Jacl & Jill Bathroom
- Bedroom 4 : Full Bed w/ optional Twin- Shares Jack & Jill Bathroom w/ bedroom 3

Backyard Oasis

-Step outside to your private desert retreat.
-Heated pool ( 65/ night) : Pool heating is available upon request for $65 per night. We require at least 3 days’ notice before your arrival, and heating must be arranged for the entire length of your stay.

Our pool is heated with electric heaters during the fall and spring months, when outdoor temperatures are typically above 60°F. The heater is set to maintain 85°–90°F, though water temperature may fluctuate by up to 10 degrees overnight and in the early morning.

Pool heating (and cooling) is always relative to outdoor temperatures. When the weather drops below 60°F or rises above 95–100°F, the pool may not reach the desired temperature range, even with the system running 24/7. No pool cover is required.

*Winter Advisory (December–March): Due to cold weather, it is unlikely the pool will reach 85–90°F. For your safety, we do not recommend swimming during these months, as there is a risk of hypothermia.

*Important: No refunds will be issued for temperature variations caused by weather conditions.

We want your pool time to be as safe and enjoyable as possible — please let us know in advance if you’d like pool heating added to your stay!

- Whether you’re swimming, relaxing, or enjoying an evening BBQ, the backyard is where memories are made.

POOL SAFETY & LIABILITY NOTICE:
By booking this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to use the swimming pool and surrounding areas at their own risk. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while using the pool or property amenities.

Guests must supervise children at all times. No lifeguard on duty. Running, diving, glass containers, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

Guests agree to follow all posted pool rules and instructions provided by the host. Failure to do so may result in loss of access to the pool without refund.

By completing this booking, guests accept full responsibility for their safety and the safety of their group while using the pool.
