Large and beautiful house rental in Mystic within walking distance to downtown restaurants, shopping, Mystic River. The house is walkable to Mystic Seaport and a 5 min drive to Mystic Aquarium. I started building furniture and restoring vintage pieces in my teens and parlayed that interest into a career restoring and designing older homes that need some love and attention. The result is a beautiful reconciliation of modern convenience and nostalgic charm where guests can experience a beautiful piece of history.

The neighborhood winds around and parallels the Mystic River and drawbridge, one of the oldest in the United States. There are boats and sailboats and mature coastal plantings that dot the entire community. Further, the historic district is a mere 5 minute stroll to downtown Mystic shops, restaurants, boutiques and Mystic Seaport.
Importantly the neighborhood is a vibrant community where neighbors all wave to one another and lemonade stands and a hopscotch pattern is etched into the sidewalk directly in front of the house. The neighborhood is as special as the house!
