Other Things to Note:

Casa Del Río Encantado is blessed with a rare riverside setting—please supervise children and enjoy the area with respect for the natural environment.

This is a pet-free property as the owners are very allergic. If pets of any kind even service animals are found on the property at any time, a $1000 fine will be applied to ensure all pet dander can be removed as well as cleanliness, guest comfort, and the protection of the home and surrounding wildlife.

The home is equipped with central heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. High-speed WiFi is provided for remote work, streaming, and trip planning.

As with all Taos Love properties, enhanced cleaning protocols are followed between each stay.
