Tämä on 3-kerroksinen mökki, jossa on kauniit käsityönä tehdyt tukitiedot, ja noin 930 sf jokaisessa kerroksessa.

CONFIGURATION

YLINENkerros: Se on kaikki master-sviitti. Herää King-sängyssä upeaan järvinäköalaan ja laululauluihin. Siellä on kauniisti kunnostettu 4-osainen viktoriaaninen istuinryhmä, iso tammipöytä-oleskelualue, klassinen kiesitilo, josta on näkymä niitylle kahvia ja 'minuaikaa' varten. Master-kylpyammeessa on poreallas, suihku, kaksi pesuallasta ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Olemme jättäneet uuden Queen-sähköpatjan, jonka voit käyttää missä tahansa talossa. Lapsemme rakastavat nukkuaan keskikerroksen järven rannalla.

Nurmikon Adirondack-tyylisistä tuoleista on näköala järvelle ..... Jos ajoitus on oikea, huckleberryja voi löytyä kiinteistöstä tai lähellä olevista metsistä. Nauti BBQ- ja ulkona syömismahdollisuuksista näköalalla yllä olevaan järvelle tai niitylle. Nauti virkistävästä uinnista yksityiseltä kelluvalta laiturilta. Spoon Lake tarjoaa jäätikköä syöttämiä, maanalaisia lähteitä, jotka gurgling up the järven vasemmassa reunassa, helposti tutkittavissa kajakkeja tai kanootti, mutta ole kunnioittava väliaikaisen myöhään keväällä / alkukesällä poijut suoraan järven poikki merkitsevät herkkiä pesäalueita paljon rakastettuja looneja, jotka ovat niin harvinaisia Montanassa. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Spoon Lake cabin. The views are amazing. Thr lake is right out your front door as are the boats and paddle boards to utilize it if you want. Jo made us some very amazing Huckleberry muffins. They are great hosts and will engage with you as little or as much as you want. We hope to be back someday.

Did Not Want To Leave

This property is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is beautiful, clean, comfy, and is only 15 minutes from the entrance of Glacier Park. We loved ending our day with going fishing on the lake. My son had a blast! Ed and Joe are so. nice, and were very accommodating! I can honestly say that the whole week we stayed there, was perfect! We will definitely come back to this property!

Unforgettable Getaway in a hidden gem

Ed & Jo's property is everything I have hoped for a perfect bonding trip with my son. Unreal location and view, an oasis of serenity. Conveniently located centrally between Whitefish and West Glacier, about 20-25 minutes each way. It makes planning very easy.The property itself is abundantly and tastefully furnished. Cooking ware, grill, private hot tub, washer/dryer and there was even kayaks that I got to enjoy. We arrived late June with 90F weather but the room was very much cool and we didn't have trouble sleeping at all. Jo and Ed are very experienced hosts and they are knowledgeable about the nearby areas. They made great recommendations that saves us a lot of time as well.Can't wait to come back again!

Incredible Stay in Perfect Location

Ed & Jo's home on Spoon Lake was the perfect rental for our Glacier National Park hiking trip. The location was approximately 30 minutes from the West Entrance of the park, which made getting to all of the best hikes very easy, now that the Going-to-the-Sun Road has been reopened. Having a hot tub and sauna to come home to after a long hike was a dream. Ed & Jo were extremely kind and generous. We would definitely stay here again

Great Getaway to see Montana and go to Glacier National Park

Great stay. Wanted a close enough lodging to Glacier that it was easy to get to but also was close enough to other places to go out and see a little bit of Montana. Went white water rafting, hiking, fishing and saw Whitefish, Flathead and Columbia Falls. We did put a lot of miles on our car but we were there to see things so we didn't mind. Enjoyed the Huckleberry muffins our hosts made for us as well as the great scenery and hot tub. They did have a well stocked kitchen but we did not really use it. I was thankful for the washer and dryer seeing we were anticipating a lot colder weather and it was hot when we were there. No issue since we were able to wash our clothes.

Fantastic Stay with Awesome Views and Fun Activities

This Vrbo was a perfect getaway! The lake and mountain views were stunning, and the hot tub made for a relaxing end to each day.The location was ideal to activities in the area, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed canoeing on the lake—such a great way to experience the peaceful surroundings.Overall, a wonderful place to stay. The only con is that we had longer to spend there. Highly recommend!

Ed and Jo are very friendly and the place is fantastic. Very close to Glacier National Park and all the amenities you could want after a long day at the park. Very clean and easy to get to from the main road. Would stay again without hesitation!

Everything we wanted…

I found this gem while looking for a place to stay in Montana for our 35th Anniversary extended weekend. Ed and Jo are wonderful hosts and their place was just what we wanted. While we didn’t explore the lake, we did spend a lot of time exploring Glacier. It was great to come back to “home” at the end of the day, enjoying the spa and just relaxing with the fireplace in the evenings. Jo’s warm huckleberry muffins were a great treat and we look forward to coming back in warmer weather for lake time.

A Magical Stay on Spoon Lake!

We had the best time during our stay at Ed & Jo's place on Spoon Lake. Every morning, you get to wake up next to the most beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the hot tub, fishing around the lake in the canoe, and making dinner in the well stocked kitchen. The little conversations with Ed & Jo always left us feeling so happy. If you're planning a trip to the Flathead Valley, this lovely cabin north of Columbia Falls is absolute perfection!

Best trip ever

We stayed at this house for 10 days as part of a 35 day trip to Idaho, British Columbia, Alberta, and Montana. It would be hard to find a better place to stay if you are interested in exploring Glacier National Park, Whitefish Lake, Flathead Lake, and the wonderful surrounding towns. So much to do and see, or just stay at the house and relax on the beautiful quiet lake. The owners were the best hosts. The house was fully stocked, well maintained, and even had a canoe, paddle boards, and kayaks that were already on or near the water so there was no heavy lifting. The owners were respectful of our privacy but willing to give advice on things to see and do in the area. Our stay was a perfect ending to a trip of a lifetime! surrounding

We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night with a spectacular view. Very personal touches to the cabin. Jo made delicious huckleberry muffins and had bathrobes she made hanging in closet for our use when we went in the hot tub!!! Cozy and perfect. Cant wait to come back. Miss u already Ed & Jo !!! everynight

Heaven on Earth

My husband and I wanted to explore Glacier National Park but be off the beaten path. Ed and Jo have the perfect retreat. It's only about 25 minutes from the west entrance (there's a shortcut) and away from all the crowds at Glacier. We hiked quite a bit and to come "home" to a quiet spot on Spoon Lake was perfect. We used the hot tub first thing in the morning with our coffee and last thing at night with a glass of wine. We had a great nights rest with the loons waking us up with their calls each morning. There's a canoe and kayaks for paddling around the lake and so many other amenities to keep you busy you really didn't need to leave the place. However, Montana is for exploring and we did just that. We were 20 minutes to the cute town of Columbia Falls with many different restaurants to chose from. Our favorites were Backslope Brewing, Laurie's Deli, and Josephine's Speakeasy. Glacier was breathtaking however the parking was not easy even with a parking pass and day pass. You need to get up very early to find a spot especially at Logan's Pass. However the drive on Going to the Sun Road was spectacular. We also drove 2 1/2 hours to Many Glacier and back in one day. Very doable and again you have the perfect place when you get home after a long drive. Ed and Jo gave us many good tips and we were even fortunate to taste her delectable Huckleberry Cookies.......so good!!!! I would highly recommend staying here.

We are Ed & Jo Beveridge, the proud owners of this lovely Spoon Lake home since the summer 2013. We fell in love w/ the serenity & beauty of Spoon Lake + the custom log-accented home the minute we saw it.

It's our little slice of heaven on a serene lake in the Flathead National Forest just outside Glacier National Park & we would like you to enjoy it too. One of our guests came back in 2025 for their 6th year in a row.

I'm Ed, a 5th generation Montanan. I have spent most of my life living in or visiting Montana, especially the Flathead Valley, from wherever life has taken me. You never can get Montana out of your blood. I have been enjoying Glacier National Park like my great-grandparents, grandparents, & parents most of my life. We lived for many years on Flathead Lake through my teen years & into college. We also enjoyed Whitefish Lake for over 13 years when our kids were younger like I did as a small kid.

My wife, Jo, is a converted Minnesota gal who loves her singing loons & the mountain lakes in Montana. We have been bringing our three sons to Montana since they were little & now, they bring our grandchildren as often as possible, but we don't usually rent to VRBO guests when they are here.

Finally, our dream of retiring to Spoon Lake came true in 2020. We've been enjoying all 4 seasons now & really embrace our Spoon Lake lifestyle. We hope you enjoy your time w/ us your own apartment. We endeavor to give you all the privacy you need.

This property is 8.5 miles north of Columbia Falls, a little town between Whitefish & West Glacier. Historic & remote Polebridge is 29 miles further up the road with remote access to GNPs western slope glacial lakes. You can also access GNP from the Camas Road entry about 12 miles north of Lake Drive. The pavement ends about 3 miles past Lake Drive after the back road shortcut at the Blankenship Road turnoff to West Glacier. Everyone who has stayed at the Spoon Lake Lodge seems to spend most of their time hiking, fishing, exploring Glacier Park & all the wonderful surrounding communities & lakes. People drive all over to Many Glacier near the Canadian border & Two Medicine on the eastern side of the park. Be sure to check the annual Going to the Sun Road opening date. The date is flexible depending on snow removal efforts each spring. It is VERY IMPORTANT you visit the GNP website for reservation details in addition to any other National Park pass you may already have to access the Going to the Sun Road & the North Fork entry at Polebridge. The rsvp system seems to change every year.

We offer you a very comfortable place w/ a spectacular, serene view & the songs of our Spoon Lake loons with all the comforts of home at the end of your day. Or just relax & take a spin in the canoe, kayaks right outside your door.

Please review carefully, as we only offer the bottom floor separate apt facing the lake for your use.

The Cabin consists of 3 floors: The Top Floor, the Middle Floor, and the Lower Floor apartment that opens out to Spoon Lake. As noted, we only rent the Lower Floor apartment which is fully contained & locked off from the top two floors. We may or may not be present during your stay.

Your cozy rental provides 2 big picture windows at the living area & bedroom. The covered patio at your front door has an outdoor table & 4 chairs, a BBQ with a splendid lake view. We provide your clean towels & linens, all ready for your arrival. You have the use of the 2 kayaks and a canoe. The floating barge w/ trolling motor attached to the dock is only for the OWNERS ONLY. Spoon Lake is a 'no wake' 60-acre lake, so it's usually very quiet. Enjoy a romantic & relaxing 'suits optional' spa in our Nordic Hot Tub right outside your bedroom window below the upper deck. It is for your exclusive private use while you are here. We will maintain the water chemistry when you are absent. Feel free to forage for huckleberries if you feel lucky.

Our cleaning service takes care of all bedding & linen washing & general cleaning when you leave. You may leave any unused items in the refrigerator. If anything, it would help if you turn on the dishwasher. There is no garbage service in this rural area. A bear-proof garbage can is provided for your use. Please make sure it is secure. If we aren't here to take care of your garbage disposal & you are collecting too much you will need to take it to the Columbia Falls waste collection center at 1073 Best Way, Columbia Falls, MT 59912 or a bin somewhere on your adventures. Otherwise, our cleaning service will dispose of it upon your departure.
