Treasure Islandin rantahuvila

Treasure Islandin rantahuvila on yksi parhaimmista lomakohteemme valinnoista kaikkialla Treasure Islandilla.

Tämä vuokra talo on uskomaton rantahotelli, jolla on oma uima-allas. Nuorenna mieltäsi, kehoasi ja sielusi tällä ainutlaatuisella rannanvuokrauksella.

Tämä ylellinen koti mahtuu kaikkiin tarpeisiisi. Siinä on 4 makuuhuonetta ja 4 kylpyhuonetta, joihin mahtuu yhteensä 14 vierasta. Tässä vuokrakohteessa on kaikki mukavuudet, joita saatat haluta lomallasi.

Treasure Islandin lomakodissamme on kolme 3 tasoa, ja sillä on 4 000 neliömetriä.

Katutaso:
Maanpinnan tasolla on kahden auton autotalli. Maanpinnalla on pääsy yksityiselle uima-altaalle ja rannalle, lisäksi ulkokeittiö, jossa on hiili-bbq-grilli. Siellä on myös pelihuone, jossa on biljardipöytä ja sekoituslauta.

2. taso:
Toisessa kerroksessa on makuuhuone king-size-vuoteella ja oma kylpyhuone. Makuuhuoneesta on näkymät rannalle ja pääsy parvekkeelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja kylpyhuone. Toisen makuuhuoneen vieressä on bonuksellinen lasten alue, jossa on ulosvedettävä sohva. Lasten alueella on leikkipaikka, jossa on muutama peli, dvd-elokuvat, lelut ja kirjat. Pienillä on upea aika tällä alueella.

Toisessa kerroksessa sijaitsevat myös täysin varustettu keittiö, olohuone ja ruokasali. Keittiö on avoin olohuoneelle, josta on upeat näkymät lahdelle. On parveke, joka on näkymä lahteen heti olohuonealueelta, johon pääsee sekä makuuhuoneen että olohuoneen kautta.

3. taso:
Kolmannessa kerroksessa on kolmas makuuhuone, jossa queen-size-vuode, oma kylpyhuone ja terassi, josta on näkymät merelle. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen size-vuodetta, oma kylpyhuone, ranta näkymät ja parveke, joka on lahden suuntaan. Kolmannen kerroksen den-huoneessa on myös queen-size-vuodesohva.

Siellä on yhteensä kaksi parveketta, joista voit nauttia mahtavista ranta-näkymistä.

Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on mukavat vuodevaatteet ja kylpyhuone.

Tällä hämmästyttävällä rantatalon vuokrauksella on oma uima-allas lahden suuntaan.

Tällä hienolla rantatalolla on suuri bonus ensimmäisellä tasolla - Pelihuone, jossa biljardipöytä, joka menee ulos upeaan keittiötilaan.
Aarresaari sijaitsee Floridan kauniilla Persianlahden rannikolla ja on siunattu mailia upeita valkoisen hiekkarantoja, jotka ylistävät "Vanhan Floridan" tuntumaa. Saaren kummastakin päästä löydät viihdettä ja tekemistä, mukaan lukien John's Pass pohjoiseen ja Blind Pass etelään. St. Pete Beach on lyhyen matkan päässä Jolley-vaunusta. A great spot

Three families with kids aged 2-8 stated here and had the best time! A great set up with the pool and beach. We all felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed our visit.

The house is spacious and well played out that everyone had their space. We loved the private pool and living area downstairs. We ate all of our dinners poolside - loved the grill right there as well. This house is in the perfect location to walk to restaurants, grocery store, and tourist shops. This is our second time staying at this house and would highly recommend it to anyone with a large group.The communication prior to arriving with Beach Time Rentals was amazing and crystal clear. They are very easy to work with and make going on vacation even easier with all the little things - welcome kit, games for the kids, pool toys. The little extras make this house even more amazing!

We enjoyed the heated pool & even though it was a little cool temperature outside we enjoyed it every day! The walks and view on the beach were amazing! The shelling was great! The only thing that could enhance the experience was there was a new grill there but they could use a grill spatula and inside some hot pads or oven mitts for the oven would’ve been helpful. There were only 3 beach chairs & one was broken so that would be helpful too & had we been there in the spring a beach umbrella would be nice. Otherwise it was a lovely well kept property & we had an amazing time with our kids & grandkids! We did have one little one in our group so had to be careful with all of the stairs/different levels

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to join other family members from Massachusetts to be with relatives in Tampa for a the long Thanksgiving holiday. The location was FANTASTIC! Views of sunset over a gorgeous beach from the back of the house. The amenities were first class - playroom with pool table, shuffleboard table & darts. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well laid out for privacy and comfort. We entertained 16 family members for brunch on Saturday with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy a day at the beach. There were some issues with the property such as a nonfunctional icemaker, filthy oven and dirty pool but these were promptly addressed by the management company. Understandable since we were the first guest since the property was impacted by Hurricane Milton 2 months before. We also would have liked to have some cleaning supplies (i.e. counter spray, kitchen spray, floor cleaner) for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this property when we come back to the Tampa St Pete area.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful home. Everything was clean and the pool and beach were wonderful. Only problem was a glitch with the LR TV. But there was plenty of others for our guys to watch The Game.

Great stay with family

The pictures are completely accurate, and the property lived up to our expectations in almost every way. Easy walk to the beach, with beautiful pool and lower level for the teens and twenty somethings to enjoy. Plenty of room, high end furnishings, all the amenities you need for a week away from home. Walked to Caddy's for dinner or drinks and grabbed a drink there while at the beach some days. We won't forget this vacation for a long while. The only very minor thing considering all the great was having to purchase some beach chairs as there weren't enough at the house for the size of our party (although there are a ton of pool recliners/chairs, just not ones you would carry to the beach) - we are a beach family so this mattered to us. Otherwise all great!

Beautiful Location

House was very accommodating and clean. 4 full baths and 4 bedrooms with one bedroom having 2 full/queen beds. 2 pullout couches. Plenty of linen, towels and about 10 beach towels. The views were amazing and nearness to the beach was fantastic. Pool was very nice and kept clean by a pool guy who stopped in twice a week. We enjoyed our stay! I would bring dish cloths and dish towels next time as there were none.

Beautiful Home and Pool

The house & pool was even better than we expected. The garage area includes a billiards table, Dart Board and indoor shuffle table that were all a big hit. There were pool toys for the kids and an area off the pool that included a refrigerator and lounge area with a TV. The weather was not great so we depended on the heated pool to entertain the kids. The only drawback was the lack of a hot tub. It does have an over flow area that is a little warmer though. Our only issue was with the management of the property. When we first arrived we were outside waiting for the cleaning person, who was sitting in the living room waiting for the sheets to dry, to give us the go ahead to enter and I finally decided we weren’t waiting and started unloading our stuff. There were issues with the TV (couldn’t access the Spectrum Cable svc) and an issue with a Security Video system that sits above the main balcony (which is right next to the master bedroom) whose light kept going on and off all night which made it difficult to sleep every night and never did get fixed. We were told by a maintenance guy that the property mgmt grp didn’t have access to it and only the Owners could adjust it. And they never did. Our assigned rep was great to start but wasn’t responding after the 3rd day. Overall it was a great place though.

Pool and basement area were excellent for our group. The coffee machine did not have a pot and therefore didn’t work which was a let down but they did have a kuerig so we just ran back to grocery store and got k-cups. House could have used one or two more blankets for those that utilized the couch beds but there was a lot of extra sheet sets so we just stacked those up to make a blanket. Overall though, this house was aaaaamazing and I’d definitely stay here again. Love the location, the views, and beds were super comfy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and were instantly impressed with the properties presentation, but were immediately attacked by mosquitos. Once inside we continued to be pleased. The rooms looked and smelled clean. The property easily housed my family and provided hours of rest, relaxation, and FUN! Our experience was two thumbs up.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this house every other year for 6 years and have always felt it was like paradise. There was a few suggestions. Some of the fire alarms were missing batteries. Definitely need more bath towels and toilet paper. Need to replace blinds in Masterbath and our Internet was down for 2 days at the end of trip. This is the first time we have experienced ANYTHING negative.

No baggies or tin foil, there were no beach towels either which forced us to use the white towels from he house at the beach.

Almost Perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is perfect for large family wanting to enjoy the beach. We just had a few hangups that could’ve been avoided if it was stated ahead of time. The front doors at entry were not set up correctly so we had to enter at a different point of reference. Every morning at about 11 AM the water would stop working upstairs and bathroom. They called the county but it was an internal issue that needs a plumber to look at it. No follow up with that from property management. We just dealt with it. We saw dolphins, accumulated a lot of sand dollars and the teens really enjoyed being able to run out to the beach at any point. Great overall trip, just a few snags on how Beach Rentals handles things.

Girls vacation in Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Six of us girls stayed here. It was Paradise! The home and views and pool were Amazing!!! We swam in the pool and the ocean everyday! Everything was great! The only downside was there was no bathroom on the lower level where the pool and main hang out area is. Totally don't understand that!! But we still had a Awesome week!!
