Tämä uusi ja moderni huvila sijaitsee parhaalla paikalla lomaasi viettämiseen. Se sijaitsee 150 metrin päässä Torreblancan rannalta ja vain muutaman metrin päässä rautatieasemalta, joten kaikki on kestävän kävelymatkan päässä, joten et välttämättä tarvitse autoa loman aikana.

Huvila on aivan uusi ja on kunnostettu avoin suunnitelma tyyli valoisat tilat, jotka ovat täynnä valoa. Jakelu on käytännöllistä ja mukavaa, ja se on jaettu kolmeen osaan. Päävyöhyke on keittiö, joka on täysin varusteltu, ja ruokailutila, johon mahtuu kymmenen ihmistä. Täältä löydät myös tv: n ja oleskelualueen. Kaikki ovat kevyitä ja niistä on upeat näkymät uima-altaan merelle, mikä antaa sinulle täydellisen tunteen lomasta.

Villa oikealla puolella on kaksinkertainen kylpyhuone, josta on näkymät uima-altaalle ja merelle. Talon tällä puolella on täydellinen kylpyhuone ja makuuhuone, jossa on kolminkertaiset sängyt, täydellinen lapsille.

Toisella puolella on kaksi kahden hengen makuuhuonetta, toisessa on oma makuuhuone ja yksi itsenäinen kylpyhuone.

Tämä huvila on ihanteellinen perheille, jotka haluavat lomailla yhdessä ja saada oman tilan.

Pihalla on grillausalue kymmenen ihmisen istuttamiseen. Uima-allas on varustettu lapsille ja suuri auringonottoalue.

Perhelomalla viikon

Todella hyvä ja siisti majapaikka. Sijainti hyvä heti Torreblancan aseman vieressä. Rauhallista. Jos jotain puutetta ilmeni, Nati auttoi heti. Yhdessä makuuhuoneessa kerrossänky, joka huojui. Luvattiin korjata. Naulakoita voisi olla esim ulko-oven vieressä ja muuallakin. erinomainen juna-aseman vieressä.

Absolutely fantastic, the location was fabulous, close to the train station ,the beach close walk to it ,only one day of strong rain for the hole area ,was very nice from the host to warn us from the incoming weather storm, so we could prepare, the host was very accommodating and answered all our questions, strongly considering booking a future holiday at this house

Wonderful Stay - Thank you Nati!

This house was perfect for our group of 7 for a visit to the Costa del Sol. Nati was a perfect communicator and made check in a breeze. The house has all the thoughtful items would want - towels for house & pool, fully outfitted kitchen with even basic cooking essentials (salt, oil, coffee, etc.). We arrived late, and Nati thoughtfully left us items for breakfast the next morning. We loved the indoor/outdoor living areas and the pool was a gorgeous treat. Each bedroom having a bath was perfect for our group. The house is a short walk to the beach road with restaurants and groceries and there was plenty of room for us to park two vehicles. This is a peaceful oasis near all the fun of Fuengirola and we would absolutely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique en famille La villa est très agréable, beaucoup mieux qu’en photo! Très bien équipée, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin Natalia est une hote disponible, aux petits soins. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, des rafraîchissements et de petits encas nous attendaient dans le refregirateur à notre arrivée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste La localisation est exceptionnelle, située à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage et proche de chiringuito et commerces. Wonderful Villa -the pictures don’t do it justice

Just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa as a family of 8 with 3 generations. The villa is far bigger than the pictures show and was a fantastic base for our holiday. The location was perfect and has everything you could need within a five minute walk down to the strip of many, bars, restaurants and shops which run parallel to the large stretch of beach. The communication from the host was fantastic throughout and she was on hand constantly for anything we asked no matter how little or large (apologies again for locking ourselves out)! Highly recommend booking - don’t hesitate!

Great villa, great pool!

We lived the villa, it's perfect for large groups/family holidays. Much nicer than the photos. Shops close by, easy to travel around the area. Pool was lovely, we chose to heat it and did not regret our choice as we used it constantly. Nati was easy to communicate with and everything was easy. We would definitely like to stay again in future as it's perfect x

Location, Location, Owner

This is an excellent property for multi-generational, or multi-family vacations. We were 9 adults and the villa, patio and pool accommodated everyone very comfortably. The location is very handy to the beach and also the train station to facilitate trips to surrounding towns and restaurants in Fuengirola. No car needed! The owners, Nati and Hernan, are outstanding. Nati received us at the property, showed us everything we needed to know and was available as needed, for any need we had including her restaurant suggestions. All the positive comments about Nati in the different reviews of this property are spot on. Best hosts in renting vacation homes for over 25 years. What you see and read about in the listing is what you get. Excellent home and hosts. Peter and Johanna

Wonderful Andalusian Base

We had a fantastic month in this home. The wifi enabled us to work remotely for part of the time. It was a terrific base to see all things on the Costa del Sol and an easy walk into Fuengirola (Torreblanca area) for meals, shopping, and a quick drink or cafe con leche at a nearby bar. If there were any issues, Natalia and Hernan responded immediately and were excellent problem solvers. They made us feel welcome in their home and we had a great time. Wish we were there now.

The villa was great for our group of 8 adults. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a queen bed instead of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was really great next to the Torreblanca train station and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was very good. We would stay there again.

Just a great place with excellent location

Very nice and modern villa with a great location. Just 2 min walk from great beach, cafe's and restaurants. And if you want to travel for example to Fuengirola or east, just walk 1 min to railway station. I can highly recommend this for families or friends groups. And a bonus, walking distance to the big padel centre... :)

Better than expected!

Nati s lovely Mum greeted us and showed us all round the Villa, it really was even better than the photos! We were all very impressed, it was ultra clean and had everything we could have asked for including supplies in the fridge which Nati had kindly organized for us. The pool was a great asset especially as the weather was so hot. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pool and lots of shady places to relax in when the sun just got too much. The air conditioning was a real boon especially at night and the bedding (linens) were especially top notch and the mattresses were so comfortable which assured we all got excellent nights sleep all throughout our stay. Hopefully we will return in the not so distance future to this beautiful villa its so close to the beach/shops/bars/restaurants etc. Perfect location perfect host. Thank you Nati for all your help hope to be back soon to your beautiful home.

Family holiday

We had a lovely holiday in a fantastic villa. It was perfectly located for the train, the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. It is very well set out for 8 people with plenty of space to sit inside and out. The pool was also a real bonus. Communication with host was friendly, prompt and reliable. All in all would recommend.

Good overall family stay. A couple of issues noted on arrival, but Natalia responded immediately to sort. She was exceptionally helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. We are considering another family break, and if we decide to return to the same area, we would have no hesitation re booking this property.

Perfect Villa Experience

This was my first villa holiday and a first with the family. We were 6 adults and 2 children, we have set the bar now as not sure we could go back to hotel stays. This villa was so perfect for our family. It is very spacious inside and had 3 seperate seating areas outside, all enough for 8 people. The villa is very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a day around the pool and a night al fresco, with bbq. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing was a problem. The bedrooms are also very spacious and very comfortable beds, which can sometimes be hard to find. The location of the villa is ideal, easy reach from malaga airport by train, station a few minutes away, we enjoyed a few days at nearby resorts, so easy to reach by train. We were a few minutes walk down to the beach with lots or bars, restaurants and shops. Overall a perfect experience in a beautiful villa, thank you Nati for all you have done to make it such a memorable family holiday. Communication and welcome was first class.

Family holiday

Natalia was extremely kind and helpful and communicated very well at every stage of our booking. She very kindly supplied food and drinks in the fridge for our arrival which we greatly appreciated. The property is in an excellent location , convenient for restaurants, shops, and the beach. It is next to the train station which made it easy to visit other resorts. The property itself was wonderful inside and outside . The pool was lovely and warm which was especially good for the two babies. But the adults loved it too! I would highly recommend this property and I am very grateful to Natalia for all her help.

Great Property

We (group of 9) have stayed at this property before so we knew how great it was and how handy the location was from the airport and to the beach. Nati was a great host keeping in touch before our arrival and providing recommendations of places to eat etc while we were there. The villa is exactly as described and we also chose to pay to heat the pool which made a big difference since our last visit and was brilliant. Some small issues with the property ie a broken air con unit were advised to us on arrival but they didnt impact the enjoyment of the stay and I would definitely recommend to others.

Geweldig!

Wij hebben een geweldig lang weekend gehad!! Alles was perfect! Natalia die het huis verhuurd is een top gastvrouw zo hoop je altijd ergens ontvangen te mogen worden. Het contact was duidelijk en Natalia reageerde altijd snel en ze stond open voor verdere vragen! Het huis was erg netjes/schoon en aan alles is gedacht. Buiten is er altijd wel een plekje in de zon te vinden, en het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd bij aankomst! Je kunt vanaf het zwembad zelfs de zee zien dus alles is op loopafstand. het huis ligt op nog geen 100 meter lopen van de trein halte af, en van verschillende supermarkten. Vanuit Malaga Airport stap je zo op de trein naar Fuengirola (Torreblanca) zonder over te hoeven stappen! Echt een ideale locatie. -Stap tip in Fuengirola, karaokebar/silentdisco 💃🏼 -en de lekkerste paëlla eet je bij “Curra Playa” direct aan de zee ☀️

Perfect family holiday

We are a family of 9 - 2 grandparents - 4 parents - 3 children - and the villa was absolutely perfect. We all had our own space and we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool at all times. The kid’s especially loved the pool and made full use of it. Communications were great. The location is perfect - adjacent to the train line and 5 minutes walk to as many bars and restaurants you need. Highly recommended

Beautiful villa and great communication from the owner

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa and it was fantastic. The property is beautiful and spacious with everything you need and the location is perfect, with shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. The owner’s communication was brilliant, replying to any questions we had and the added extra touches like welcome drinks and essentials in the fridge made our stay all the more special . The pool was perfect for our children and it was as cleaned regularly during our stay. I would definitely recommend the villa for families visiting the area and should we ever return to the Costa Del Sol, we’d definitely stay here again.

We had the best time .....was amazing! Villa was stunning! Nati was so welcoming and accommodating. Villa had the best space for 8 of us! The location is fab and it's right by the train station and 5 mins from beach. We will be back! Thanks again Nati! Xxxx

Wow

Well what can we say from the moment of booking until the moment we left Nati was an absolutely wonderful host. Group of 9 came to stay here for myself and my wife’s wedding. Nati helped us so much nothing was too much hassle for her. The villa itself is absolutely amazing very clean and modern. We like the way it is separated into 2 wings. Both sides had 2 bedrooms 1 on each side with en suite and another full size bathroom on each side. The local area is quite with a few bars and restaurants but we found more than enough to do. The train station is literally down a set of steps less than a minute to walk to it so easy to get to airport or into nearby benalmadena or torremolinos. Pool was a bit cold when we were there but the kids didn’t mind. Good shallow end in pool for kids. Very well equipped with all mod cons washing machine and dishwasher etc. Nati had even left us bread, milk and butter and refreshments in the fridge. An absolute pleasure to stay here and will definitely be recommending to family and friends and hope to visit again soon. Thanks for everything Nati. Darron and Family.

A lovely beach house, walking distance to restaurants and the beach

We visited the area with my parents July 2021 and had a lovely time. The beach house with enclosed, private parking is perfect for groups like ours, who rented a vehicle to visit nearby cities. The owner, Natalia, is very responsive if you need anything during the stay. The beach is walking distance - There we found comfortable beach beds and umbrellas you can rent for a fee. Further along the coast there is a boardwalk with many more restaurants and souvenir shops.

I am sure that the best of this villa is where it is located . You can go walking to the beach, Paseo Maritimo, restaurants, bars, Supermarket, pharmacy etc. You can take the train to visit Malaga (Malaga Airport too) or Fuengirola.
