This town home was comfortable and clean with three updated bathrooms!

We have stayed at the hotel, the luxury suites and other units in Kuilima Estates and this one was the best one so far. We were able to prepare our own delicious meals (and cookies too) which really helped the budget and briought the family together as well. We had sunshine and visited monk seals on the beach each day. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time!

Perfect location and unit.

Having three full bathrooms was wonderful when you have a boy and girl teenagers. Some of the pots and utensils had to be washed as they were dirty. But overall a good unit.

Relaxing

This is a gorgeous property!! Pools are nice and very clean. On site Manager Marlene was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The condo was very nice and clean as well. Lots of nice towels and the beds were comfortable. This unit has 3 new bathrooms two of which has double sinks and lots of counter space! Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We would rent this condo again. Thank you Helena for all you help.

All the comforts of home

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit was exactly as it was pictured in the advertisement. Very nice remodeled. The screen to the lanai would frequently come off of it's track, and the washing machine made a very loud noise during operation. Other than those minor things we loved our stay and would absolutely return to this unit again.

The condo was nice. Weather was terrible. All went well. Only feedback is that the lid for the rice cooker is missing. Also, a cookie sheet would be great to have. The internet goes on and off all the time. Not sure if it was storm related or some other issue. We would love to stay there again! Thank you!

Overall good.

The condo was nice and spacious. It wasn’t equipped as well as others.. the beach chairs were very old. The manager did bring us a new one as there were 3 of us and only 2 chairs. The condo also had termites in the kitchen cabinets, I know that’s fairly common for Hawaii. The manager was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If the condo had some updates to the supplies, and termite issue resolved I would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Perfect week for us! Property was much nicer than pictured from the outside. I was concerned about stairs with my 90 year old mom, but they were well spaced and railing on each side so she traveled up and down them without issue. Our whole family was staying in condos as my niece was getting married and ours was the overall favorite due to the 3 full baths. It was a game changer. We all bbq’d at the pool (25of us) and had a great time. Tons of bbq space on the grill, but no cover so we threw some tin foil on top of the meat and it worked. Great evening. My only complaint was the kitchen table didn’t look clean when we arrived and the kitchen cupboards were sticky, so I cleaned them all upon arrival. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Balcony was great for us too. No beach umbrella and that would have been helpful but we borrowed from my sister’s condo. Would definitely rent this condo again. Host was responsive 😊

Great accommodations on North Shore

This condominium was everything advertised. It has been updated with a new tile floor, new kitchen and laundry appliances, and includes three tile showers in separate bathrooms. The owner has attempted to have everything you might need available at check in. The only slight issues we had were with the instructions being a little out-dated, the bedroom door a little hard to close, and it would be nice to have a bar of soap to use in the shower, rather than soft soap from a bottle, but these were minor issues compared with the luxury we had of good quality, confortable beds, comfortable furniture, plenty of good towels including beach towels, plenty of space, lots of dishes and cooking utensils, etc. Oh, and one issue with the ice maker - it seemed to melt and re-freeze, with the effect that it was perpetually stuck with a large jam. At any rate, this was a really nice place, comfortable, kept up, with a large bedroom with ensuite bath and a large loft with its own bath, plenty of space, and well maintained, with nice beds and everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Also, the location is handy to all the North Shore attractions, and within walking distance of the beach and luxury resort.

Very clean, spacious, everything you need for short stay or long stay (cooking & serving). Location was great, close to beach & hotel facilities. Everything within walking distance. Pool was clean and very relaxing. Only concern was upstairs air was running but no cool air which made sleeping warm/uncomfortable.

Wonderful trip

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. This is our first time staying at the North shore and we are happy we had this place to stay. Likes: closeness to the beach and proximity to the places we wanted to go. The estate was well maintained and having that security gate is a great feature. The kitchen is fully equipped plus the new washer and dryer is awesome! The communication between the property manager is easy and genuine. The townhouse itself is a bit dated but we can see the care that the owners put into it. Suggestions: Maybe a bathroom caddy in the master’s bathroom since there is nothing in there that you can put your shampoo or soap on. It would be nice to have a better broom and dustpan to use inside the house so we can sweep the floor. There were also dead cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinet and some bugs in the ice dispenser. The volume on the TV in the living room is not working. Over all, we would recommend this townhouse and would def come back.

Home away from home.

We liked the secure feeling of parking our vehicle inside a gated lot and the designated parking stall. The flight of stairs had good railings and the entry key pad was easy to use. (No keys to carry or lose!) the kitchen had sufficient cookware and utensils for the six of us to make home cooked meals and the dishwasher and brand new washer and dryer were used a lot!The beds were comfy and the pullout couch was…well, it’s a pullout couch so we let the teens sleep there! lol. Bathrooms were clean and felt like a hotel with the towels and some soups and lotion. The tv was modern and easy to login and connect our favorite apps to watch movies, etc. A ten minute walk to the beach and a luxury resort next door was utilized daily to access activities available for an additional fee. We had a rental car and commuted all over the island from this location. It’s only 15-45 min to anywhere you’d want to go! Loved the place and it works well for a group of active adults that want a temporary place to call home while exploring the amazing north shore of Oahu.

Great Place to Stay

This condo is a terrific home base for exploring the north shore. Close to lots of beaches and other activities, but quiet and away from all the crowds. It was terrific for our family of four.

Great location; disappointing accommodations

Location is ideal; property is old. Inefficient a/c’s (wall units) unusable master shower due to head leakage (owner notified - no remedy). Owner did bring fan on third day which was appreciated. You must leave the a/c units on continuously to maintain any coolness. Poor natural circulation. Easy parking.

The host is extremely thoughtful and had everything we needed. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and easy to get to. Perfect stay. Would recommend a curtain in the second floor loft area 😁😎
