Wonderful beach house
This is the third time we have rented this property and this was the best trip yet. We would love to come back and stay here again sometime, but unfortunately Bruce, the host, informed us that he is no longer going to be renting this property.

Awesome place!
Bruce's place was magical. The views are spectacular and the place was roomy. We had everything we needed and Bruce was very responsive and accommodating. The neighbors Jim and Susie were some of the nicest people we have ever met and made our trip that much more enjoyable. People complain about the 96 stairs but it wasn't that big of a deal even with two small kids. The trolley cart makes it easy to get your luggage down there. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and recommend staying here. Thanks Bruce!

Cozy waterfront property
This is our second Thanksgiving at this property, and we enjoyed our stay equally as much. The living room is a perfect front row seat to watch the water, two eagles fishing, and various groups of seals swimming by. The tide schedule and heavy rain prevented the frequent beach walks we enjoyed on our first stay, but one day of clear skies with amazing views was more than enough to make up for it. We hope to be back!

Whidbey
My second visit to beautiful Whidbey island. This property is in a stellar setting. The ocean is right in front of you, the deck is perfect, access to the grassy yard down to a walkable beach to the park and beyond, friendly neighbors, with BIG views from inside. Sunsets are gorgeous. I saw an eagle scoop a fish right in front of the kitchen window! 96 stairs one way up or down! We didn’t mind them. The trolley worked well. The home inside is ‘tired & worn’ and needs a deep cleaning. The beds were comfy. Give yourself time prior to departure as you must wash/dry sheets/towels before leaving. Unfortunately, I had a disagreement with the host over lack of fans as it was very hot that week.
