Meillä on ilmainen pysäköinti heti huoneiston vieressä. Condo, sinulla on näkymä kauniille Nashville siluetti. Tässä asunnossa majoittuessa pääset uima-altaalle, kuntoilutilaan ja pesukoneeseen / kuivausrumpuun. Se on erittäin turvallinen rakennus. Kaikki vuokralaiset ovat sopineet ei-puoluepolitiikasta tiukasti valvotun melumääräyksen kanssa, joten sinulla ei ole meluisia naapureita.

Amazing Location! Great Value

This place was fantastic. I don't think you can find anything close to downtown for the price. We walked along the river to Broadway during the day and took a $6 Uber at night. The only downside, is the walls are pretty thin, you can hear people above you and construction outside, but nothing a little soft music while you sleep can't drown out. We will definitely keep this on our short list of places to stay in Nashville!

A Good Time Was Had By All

The condominium is situated in a former industrial area overlooking the Cumberland River. It is close enough to downtown and the music district to walk if you should choose not to drive.. The unit is small and decently furnished although the mattresses need to be replaced. Overall it is cozy and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo was ready on time and clean. Area was pretty quiet. About a 20 minute walk to Broadway. Nice view of the river. Concrete plant next door a little noisy. Didn't really bother us. Would stay here again.

Walking distance to Broadway

5 ladies stayed. It was a nice place a little smaller than pictured but worked well for our 5 day stay.we love to walk and so it worked good for us. We would walk during daytime and Uber or Lyft at night. Pool was nice and close and enjoyed our time there. Probably not a big deal but no kitchen towels or washcloths… just used Bathroom towels. All in All would stay again.

Great place

My wife and I only stayed 2 nights but were very comfortable. Parking was very convenient to the condo but we had a little difficulty finding it the first time. We might have done better in daylight. It was a little bit of a hike downtown but was a pleasant walk in good weather. We chose not to make the walk at night though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Great Stay + Amazing Service

Really the best vacation rental customer service we have had. They answered questions (via the VRBO App) in literally a couple minutes including during our stay. The place is clean and the location is great - 10 minute walk to Broadway. If you Uber it, make sure to text the driver that you are in the Riverfront Apartments because the Uber app can send them to the other side of the fence. It was stocked with all the towels, paper towels, and Cheetos we could ever ask for! We will certainly back next year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful condo....extraordinarily loud neighbors

The condo is beautiful, close to the pool and well appointed. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbors foot traffic was so loud and at all times of the night and day that we had trouble sleeping. Literally their footsteps would shake the condo from 10pm to 3am. We enjoyed our time in Nashville and will be back. The condo itself was absolutely lovely.

Great stay

We were 5 girls in Nashville for a quick trip and concert. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood about a 30 min (easy) walk to broadway. We did Uber home from downtown every night for about $8-10. There is also a fun area about 3 blocks away with bars /restaurants . The condo was not large, but we knew that. There was plenty of sleeping space for all 5 of us comfortably. The condo is set up to maximize the space available. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. Beds were super comfortable- even the top bunk! We used the pool 2 days, it was steps from the condo and very nice to Relax by during the hots days and before going downtown . Great stay! Would recommend!

Nice unit not very nice management

The location was good and the place was clean but it was a smaller area for 6 guests. I wouldn’t pack it out again if I could redo. The lady who runs the listing comes across as very stand-offish and if you ask a question it seems like you’re bothering her. Again nice place and I’m sure she’s not actually a mean person it just comes across as a little bit of a lack of hospitality.

Property is getting a little tired. The mattresses on the 2 beds were soft, lumpy & misshapen. The bathroom light/fan fixture shorts out; the fan never worked and the light would turn off intermittently. The lighting in the unit overall was fairly dim & made reading difficult.

Bumpy start,exceptional recovery, great location/value, not good for light sleepers. Will return.

We learned this unit is new to the rental marked and there we hit a couple of bumps in the road. The owners responded immediately and very appropriately which was very nice of them. All the pictures are exactly what you get. Their is a nice view of the river from one of the large windows in the combined dining/living area. Kitchen and bath are compact but adequate. Bedroom is generous and the beds are very comfortable. Ventilation and WiFi was good. The problems we had that couldn't be fixed had to do with noise. The complex backs up to an industrial site (a cement plant I believe) and since we were there mid-week and Nashville is booming the place was rocking at 6AM. The complex has thin floors with little sound insulation and the neighbors upstairs must have had an early flight out or something and we could hear ever step and it all started at 3AM. Sounded like a heard of elephants at feeding time. The next night - no problem and the cement plant didn't get rocking until 7AM so I strongly suggest you carry earplugs. The owners actually brought some over for us which was a nice touch. Thank you. This was our first visit to Nashville and promise it won't be our last - we had a blast. It's an easy walk to stop #8 on the trolley bus tour at the Market Place so you can leave your car. It's also a short bike ride and do-able walk to downtown.

Great Proximity to Downtown/Germantown, Fast Internet, and CLEAN!

Thanks for letting me stay in your condo! It was exactly as advertised and perfect for my short stay downtown. First off, I was in need of fast and reliable internet, and the condo provided that in ample measure. I didn't have a need for television, but I flipped it on in the evenings for background noise and saw that the picture was HD quality on a screen with good detail. I was looking for a place within walking distance of downtown venues and it was a perfect distance for me, about a 10-12 minute walk. Full disclosure: I am a young man and was walking at a brisk pace to a venue on the north side of town. For guests who aren't in peak walking shape or those who are planning on traveling to venues on the south side of broadway, I would plan for a longer walk and would recommend mapping it out or considering calling a ride. The condo isn't very big, but for me just being one person it was plenty of space. Two or four could stay here comfortably if they don't mind sharing the bathroom. The parking space was very close to the unit, and I was able to keep an eye on my car through the living room window. It's nice being able to have that peace of mind! The house rules were clear and easy to follow. Although I didn't have a need to contact the owners during my stay, their contact information was available and I'm sure they would be very responsive and friendly! I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place downtown! Thanks! Two minor sidenotes: (2) If you need lighting for reading, etc. you may want to consider bringing a personal book lamp because there isn't any overhead lighting in the condo. This isn't a fault of the owner and is a typical inconvenience associated with condominium constructions. (3) The ceiling is not very soundproof. You will hear the occupants of the unit above as they walk around. Again, this is a typical inconvenience associated with condominium constructions and not a fault of the owners.
