Superb 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpyhuoneen asunto uudessa Residence Royal on upeat näkymät yli lahden ja Cap d'Antibes. Tämä erinomainen kolmannen kerroksen huoneisto on 105 neliötä plus 42 neliömetriä parveke on kaikki sen pääasiallinen huoneet on parveke hiekkaranta Ponteil rannalla ja lahden Antibes. Ihana asunto upea merinäköala ja viimeistelty korkeimpien erittely.
Makuuhuoneessa on suuri parivuode; kylpyhuoneet ja dramaattiset näkymät lahdelle. Samoin toinen kahden hengen huone on myös kylpyhuone ja on sama näkökulma. Täysin varusteltu italialainen keittiö on kaikki mukavuudet voit odottaa kuten jääkaappi / pakastin, uuni, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Kolmas kahden hengen huone on oma kylpyhuone ja wc. Lounge ja ruokailutila ovat avoinna suunnitelman keittiö ja tarjoavat upea elintilaa. Tilava parveke kulkee koko pituudeltaan asunnon ja on ihanteellinen rentoutumiseen lounaan ja illallisen paikallisista erinomainen liha; kalastaa; äyriäiset ja salaatteja ja paikallisesti tuotettua roseeviini.

Check-in time wasn’t until 430. Gratefully they did allow us to check in at 2:30. However, upon arrival, the electricity did not work in the bathrooms ,the shades or the Internet Due to a leak in the kitchen sink. Electrician/handyman did come promptly to fix. However, we spent two hours over overseeing issues. In addition towel rack needed to be reattached. Fabulous view. Beds comfortable. Very good location . Well played out. .

Sorry but you were forewarned that if you checked in early, the handyman was working on a number of issues. In fact our original agreement was simply to drop off your luggage and leave again.

The beach views from the massive balcony (and two of the best rooms) really can’t be beat. The apartment was very clean and an easy 10 min walk to Vieux Antibes. Would absolutely stay again!

Our group of 5 absolutely loved our stay here. Communication was excellent and we appreciated they waited for us to arrive even though we were 5 hours late. The apartment is decorated very nicely and well equipped with everything you may need. The views are outstanding and its so nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops.Very quiet area and parking was so easy. Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend.

The apartment is exactly as described and better. Could not ask for a better location. Beautiful views, small grocery very close, close to the market and fabulous restaurants. The kitchen is the most equipped than any other VRBO than I have ever rented. Can’t say enough about this apartment. We all had a wonderful vacation.

Home from home

This stunning apartment that we rent in the winter months has everything we need. It is a perfect position for sea, shops, restaurants, great walks and just over an hour to the mountains. We have found the service excellent and the owner very helpful and the property very well maintained.

Great property in a good location. Loved the terrace and the sea view, lots of people watching. Checkin , I think our wires got crossed and there was rather a long wait after our journey from the uk.

Very nice

The apartment was very nice and surprisingly large. Only thing was the mirror in the master bedroom was missing because it was broken by a previous renter.Loved the close access to everything.

Beautiful apartment in Antibes

This apartment worked well for our family's stay in Antibes. Great location and view. Quick walk to the small grocery store, boulanger and pharmacy. Short walk to the old town of Antibes. Quiet area also close to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed including beach items. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. The third bedroom is small, but it was nice to have three bathrooms. The on-suite master bedroom was very nice. Would highly recommend this apartment when visiting Antibes.

Thank you for your lovely review. On the original plans the kitchen was where the third bedroom is now. It is on the small side but we are so glad the developer agreed to swap the kitchen and the third bedroom.

Lovely flat and location however mid May there is no sun on the balcony front after 11:30am due to the extended roof design, there is a bit in the corner though but not room for 6 there. Only a problem if you want to sit in the sun and have a drink, we went to the hotel private beach cafe to sit in the sun and have a drink. I didn't have any contact from Ivan prior like the booking info suggested, I messaged Ivan when we landed. The shower opposite the two single beds room needs new handles inside the shower doors, it's difficult for an 88 yr old to close the doors when inside as they clearly were broken off some time ago.

The view is amazing, beautiful sunrise and sunset every day. Sat on the balcony so much. We stayed for 1 week, 4 adults. Walking to local restaurants and bakeries was a huge plus. Spent 1 day at the beach across the street which was great ( watch for jellyfish). Had a one minor glitch in the property (power went out to the bathrooms and part if the kitchen) but Ivan handled it within a few hours while we were out site seeing. Communication was always prompt. There is parking which we didn't use, but a nice bonus for sure. It was very clean upon check in.Summary great property with amazing beachfront location. Walking to everywhere was convenient. Antibes is beautiful.

A fantastic luxury apartment

Enormous well equipped balcony and views (especially sun rise) were incredible from this wonderful 3rd floor apartment. A very caring and informative owner from booking right the way through to returning home. A few problems on check in and with en-suite building refurbishment work overrunning, but all resolved and were all unique to the date of our visit. This is by far one of the best uninterrupted water view apartments in Antibes and very well maintained. Highly recommended and we will be coming back in the near future.

Gorgeous place we hope to return!

The beds are so comfy we slept tight every night. Lovely kitchen and amazing balcony. We had breakfast out there in December! New Year’s Eve fireworks were super wonderful in the bay! Close to Cannes and nice but we prefer Antibes. Groceries close by just a walk and you could Uber or taxi to large super market once a week Restaurants were the best! And reasonable. We loved the fish/seafood one two blocks away or just go buy it from them to go. They also sell it from their store next door. The Lebanese restaurant was another hit for us! Great, hardworking staff. What a delightful person Ivan is to greet us! A lot of fun and yet thorough in explaining everything. Owner Vivian is also very helpful. Thanks to you all.

Fantastic!

What a fantastic place – I don’t think that posted pictures truly reflect the beauty of this place. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable; it is tastefully decorated with black and white modern interior and great wall art. There is a gourmet kitchen that is very well stocked. The whole place is upscale, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bedrooms are beautiful and beds are comfortable, very nice modern bathrooms with great showers. What we liked the most was the balcony with its fantastic sweeping view of the sea and Cap D’Antibes, breathtaking colors especially of sunrise and sunset. The area is also very nice – less touristy than Juan le Pins, much quieter and yet – there are fantastic restaurants just a few steps away, there are at least two Michelin star restaurants just near by and several other should’ve been. We really appreciate the owner’s suggestion in regards to restaurants around. We went to several and they were very good. We had one of the best vacations in Antibes and will go back as soon as we can.

Simply Wonderful

This was our fourth stay in this truly magnificent apartment. To describe the view from the balcony as stunning does it no justice. Watching the sun size in the morning is bewitching; admiring the sailing flotillas is charming; counting the gin palace yachts staggering; watching the sunset over the lighthouse on the Cap a perfect end to the day. Whilst there are some great restaurants within an easy stroll, we enjoy some self catering and shopping in the Provencal Market and local boulangerie an essential part of our visit. However, what is unique about this apartment is that the kitchen knives are sharp! Such a pleasure if you cook. Then there is Ivan! Is there a better and more attentive local manager in the business. I doubt it. And witout doubt, we will be back next year.
