Yksi neljästä hienostuneesta suunnittelukodista kävelyetäisyydellä ihmeellisestä playa hermosasta, Costa Rican Nicoyan niemimaalla. Hienostuneita yksityiskohtia ulkoilmaympäristössä, uima-allas jokaisessa talossa, vesilammikot kukilla ja erittäin rentouttava trooppinen tunnelma. Täydellinen tasapaino huippuluokan mukavuuden ja lämminhenkisen rannan luonnollisen tunnelman välillä. Pidimme suurta huomiota sisustussuunnitteluun ja puutarhakehitykseen, samoin kuin ympäristöystävälliseen energiankäyttöön LED-valaisimilla, aurinkopaneeleilla, veden kierrätyksessä käytettävillä bio-suodattimilla ja muilla. Huvilat ovat täysin varustettuja ja tarjoamme siivouspalvelun joka aamu, joten kun palaat surffailusta tai aurinkoa koskemattomalta rannalta, löydät huvilan aivan kuin uusi.

Jungle Paradise!

We had an amazing stay here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and watching the monkeys, as well as the short walk down to the beach to surf. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and it’s a short drive to town. Overall, it was a fantastic trip. We didn’t want to leave!

The location is fantastic. You can walk to the beach through a path in the woods. There are a couple of good restaurants very near by and the grocery store in next door. The property is very nice, but the first house, Agua Viva, does not offer much privacy. You can see into the pool area and main bedroom from the walkway and the side road.

Wonderful house. Terrible location.

The house was very nice. Pictures were exactly as described. However, it was located on the main road. Dogs barked all night. Walk to the beach was great. Keep sandals hidden at beach, mine were stolen.

Gorgeous villa a block from the beach

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous villa! The indoor/outdoor design is perfect for enjoying the surroundings and beach access is a short albeit muddy 3 minute walk through the jungle. The beach was amazing with shade options, good shell searching and good waves for surfing. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, AC in bedrooms worked well, furnishing were comfortable. TP8 woodfired pizzas is a few steps away one direction; a small market and Reds Cafe for juice, breakfast and lunch is the other direction. We loved being in Playa Hermosa away from the main drag of Santa Teresa though it is worth driving in for groceries at a bigger store. There are people in and out of the villa throughout the day - the pool guy comes every morning, housekeeping comes before noon, maintenance people were in and out a few times. - but it also meant the pool was pristine and garbage removed daily (a definite plus since the indoor/outdoor design meant critters are a part of the living room and kitchen.). Overall a beautiful property and a great location - we’d definitely visit again!

Casas de Agua es todo lo que está bien!! La naturaleza se cuela desde cada rincon de la casa. Nos hospedamos en Villa Agua Viva, la mas pequeña. Pero el exterior es tan amplio que resulto espectacularmente comoda para nuestra familia de 5. Esta decorada divinamente y la cocina tan bien equipada que dan muchas ganas de cocinar y pasar ratos largos ahi. El servicio impecable, un equipo de trabajo bien dispuesto y atento a cada necesidad. El baño bello, con mucha vegetacion. Lindas tosllas, sabanas y muebles. Su sillon redondo... el hit del verano!!! Ademas de ser un placer, la casa queda muy cerca de la playa. Lujo absoluto. Sin dudas VOLVEREMOS!!

Gorgeous home, great location, great hosts!!!

We fully enjoyed our stay! It was my husband and I and our two children (5, 8). The place was perfect! The home is immaculate. The staff are all sweet and helpful. Our hosts helped us with rentals as well (boogie and surf boards, atv, ride to airport). The location is perfect too! Close to town (but not too close) and just behind the best swimming brach! We will certainly be back!

Beautiful Villas in the Heart of Hermosa

I travel to Santa Teresa often to work on my surfing and see many friends, and always choose to stay and to surf in Playa Hermosa. On my most recent trip, I stayed at Casas de Agua and could not have been more pleased. The villas are absolutely beautiful and provide everything you could ask for. I enjoy cooking all of my meals, and was able to do this easily...I was actually blown away by all of the kitchen equipment and beautiful dishes provided. I could have easily had a dinner party for 10 people! Casas de Agua are perfectly situated within a 2 minute walk to a grocery store, next door to a great outdoor Italian/Pizza place, and most importantly, a 5 minute walk to the beach (with my favorite wave in Costa Rica). The hosts at Casas de Agua are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and easy to reach at all hours, and helped me organize car rentals for day trips to other beaches, surf instruction and board rentals. The design and architecture of the Villas is breath taking, and I will definitely be back.

Great, luxury, accommodation just outside Santa Teresa

We loved this place! Very comfortable, elegant, Balinese-type villas with private pool, loads of space and very private. Great alternative to a hotel. The villas are superbly designed and well finished, and have a fully equipped kitchen. They are also very tastefully decorated and well maintained and serviced daily. Juan and Guido are excellent hosts - they are there when you need them, but never intrusive. They can organise everything you need. The villas are just a short and pleasant walk from the lovely Playa Hermosa beach which, as non-surfers, we found best to visit early in the morning. Our kids, 9 &11) had a blast boogey boarding for hours each day. We would thoroughly recommend Casas de Agua to anyone. Probably not for very small children since the swimming pools are a central part of the simple, but fantastic design, of each villa and could pose a safety risk. Otherwise, an ideal place for couples, families etc. You do need your own transport, or at least rent an ATV during your stay in order to get around. In short, Casas de Agua exceeded our expectations and was also reasonably priced.

Magical Place

I had an amazing time with my 2x12-year-old boys. The villa is beautiful, spacious and has an elegant zen like feel, no plastic furniture. It's perfectly clean and the landscaping is stunning. The location is excellent....close to Santa Teresa but away from the party scene. A few minutes walk through the jungle where you are bound to see howler monkeys while walking to Playa Hermosa. Hermosa is one of the special beaches in the world, amazing for playing in waves and learning how to surf. The beach is not over crowded and has a cool friendly low key vibe. The management team was very helpful in sorting out my trip, renting a car and booking an ATV. They gave me info.on best places to eat, grocery shop and local activities. They even shared with me fresh coconuts and bananas from the property. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. I highly recommend Casas De Aguas!

Gorgeous!!

We had a marvellous experience in Casas de Agua, really sophisticated atmosphere in a tropical indo-stlyle, very clean and net. The neighborhood is quiet and green, all over!! Small grocery right next door, beach access so nice and easy through the mango trees!! Recommended!

Just extraordinary, perfect location, playa hermosa the best beach in the world, walking distance through a tropical forest full of monkeys, great waves for all levels exellent in all there aspects , great villas best quality, great surf sessions, everyone was so gentil, me an my family had the best time so far in years, the photos are great but they don t describe the place so well , huge garden perfect outdoor living lot of style , and enjoy confort,, for sure we are back next year,,,, Casas de Agua the best...
