Upouusi (2016) 3 Makuuhuone 2 Bath Island Retreat alle 1 kilometrin päässä rannasta sijaitsee Sea Pines osasto North Padre saaren sillan yli Corpus Christi Texas. Beautiful Home and Wonderful Homeowners

This house was a great find. The house is all on one level, which we needed for our 93 yr old dad. The owner was very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The house was decorated very nice and clean and had all of the basic amenities we needed. The location is wonderful and is within a walk to the beach. Close to many good restaurants and the local Island market. Overall as Winter Texan's, we had a very wonderful stay and look forward to future stays at this home.

Wonderful Home and Home Owners

This was the second year for our stay at this home and the home owner has been quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was very clean and ready for us to start our time there. The home is in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the beach. We did get to use the hot tub and the owner was great about coming to make sure it was cleaned out and maintained during our stay. We were able to enjoy the Texas sunshine, local restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back again.

Another wonderful stay at Rich's Property on N. Padre Island.

The house is perfect for my husband and I as well as with my 95 year old father-in-law as it is all on one level. We have a small dog and the home has an enclosed yard, which works out great. The home is very nice and clean and has all the basics needed for a long stay. The owner is great and is very responsive to any questions or things that come up. We are definitely looking forward to another stay next year. We have made some good friends in the area and we love it on N. Padre Island. We enjoyed fishing, taking walks, getting out to some of the new restaurants in the area, shopping and getting to the beach. Dad loved sitting out on the back patio and getting some sun and reading his books.

Second Wonderful Stay

This was our second extended winter stay in this lovely home. This was an unusual year with the pandemic still in full swing when we arrived. We didn't do as much sightseeing as we have in the past, but the beach is nearby and the house is so comfortable that we didn't feel like we were missing out on anything. We ordered a couple of meals weekly from nearby restaurants (Rock and Rolls Sushi and Island Italian are two favorites), but the kitchen is very well equipped to make delicious meals at home. The furniture is nice and very comfortable as is the king bed in the master BR. Our host, Rich, is a wonderful host who is genuinely determined to make our stay as pleasant as possible. This winter, we had a brief spell of extremely cold weather that left much of the state without water and power. We were fortunate to never lose power, though water was out very briefly. Rich made sure to check on us to see that all was okay. The neighborhood is great and easy to walk or bike ride in. The neighbors are all very friendly. We love staying here and look forward to our next visit!

Winter 2020

Our stay was from Feb - March. Loved the house. The backyard/porch was perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon sun. My husband really appreciated access to the hot tub. The king bed in the master is comfortable and spacious. Kitchen and pantry had everything we needed; spices, coffee supply, paper towels, dishes, pots and pans and crock pot. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Home is close to beaches and restaurants. We would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We were fortunate to spend January through the end of March in the lovely North Padre Island Bungalow. All of the other reviews are right on point! The house is lovely and so very comfortable! We immediately felt right at home. The owners were awesome and so responsive. They made certain that everything was to our liking and that we settled in okay. The house is very nicely appointed and lacks nothing for a very comfortable stay, whether for a week or multi-month vacation. The kitchen has everything one needs for making holiday meals for a family. The beds are very comfortable and have plenty of closet space and dresser drawers too. The backyard was great for our two dogs and we enjoyed the comfortable seating outside and use of the gas grill. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We walked the dogs a lot and met other pet owners out doing the same. Everyone was very friendly and would stop to chat. The beach is very close by as is the Padre Island National Seashore. There are many great restaurants close by. Our favorite was Rock & Rolls Sushi and Lounge. They had awesome food and great cocktails! We would highly recommend this lovely home! It's a keeper!

My family really enjoyed our time here. The home is beautiful and well kept! Rich was extremely responsive to any questions and provided plenty of tips on the area to ensure we enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a stay in Corpus Christi, there is no better place on VRBO you could rent!

THE HOUSE IS JUST AS THE PICTURES SHOW, NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET & VERY WALK FRIENDLY. INSIDE IS DECORATED VERY NICE IN BEACHY DECOR, FURNISHINGS ARE VERY HOMEY & EVERYTHING IS EASY TO USE WITH PLENTY OF ROOM WITH 3 BEDROOMS, BIG CLOSETS & VERY COMFY BEDS. KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO COOK ANY MEAL FROM SPICES TO BIG POTS & PANS AS WELL AS A GRILL ON THE PATIO. OUTDOOR SHOWER A PLUS FOR BEACH DAYS & A FENCED IN YARD FOR PRIVACY. PLENTY OF SHOPS, RESTAURANTS & BARS ON THE ISLAND TO KEEP US OCCUPIED AS WELL AS THE BEACH ITSELF. OWNERS PROVIDED INFORMATION ABOUT THE ISLAND WHICH WAS VERY HELPFUL.

North Padre VRBO

Exceptional property that made us feed at home right from the moment we walked in! All the amenities needed plus a few more for our small family and 2 dogs. We had a great time and were positioned close to the beach while still having close access to the main drive yet removed and quiet. The owners made us feel more than comfortable and were ready to help with any questions we had regarding "hot" local spots for dining and such. Will definitely recommend and look to book again next year.

Slice of Paradise!

This home is a MUST! From the moment you walk in, you will feel right at home and everything you need is provided. Very well appointed, walking distance to the beach, with several restaurants close by. There is not a thing we would change about this home and would recommend it to anyone wanting a getaway to the beach or an extended stay. Very quiet and private with a beautiful patio area for relaxing and cooking out. We will definitely be recommending this one to friends and family!
