Hemmottele itseäsi lomalla ja pysy meidän kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden ja puoli kylpyhuoneen yksikössä lahdella näkymällä rannalle ja Meksikonlahdelle.

Waterscape # 503A on tyylikäs yksikkö, jossa on puulattiat ja runsaasti tilaa jopa kahdeksaan, ja king-vuode makuuhuoneessa, kuningatar toisessa makuuhuoneessa ja suosittu alkovi-kerrossänky lapsille. Olohuoneessa on myös queen-vuodesohva.

Waterscape-ominaisuudella on uskomattomat mukavuudet ja altaat! Laiska joki, uima-altaat ja iso uima-allas tekevät siitä matkustajien suosikin kaikkialta. Hotellissa on myös kuntokeskus, poreallas ja grillialue.

Great Place On Ocean

This unit gives you a great view of the ocean. Many of the other units do not have a direct view. Both bedrooms and living room had balcony entrances Huge balcony. Unit was very clean and had nice working appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

Great View

Pros: Beautiful view, spacious, family activities daily (for younger kids) and great location. Cons: Far walk from parking lot to room and from room to beach. All mattresses in this unit need updated, they were extremely uncomfortable. We could hear the spings popping when laying on it. Woke up with pains daily and tired from lack of sleep due to being uncomfortable throughout the night.

Beautiful view, but a lot of things broken

We had a wonderful stay at Waterscape. However, the A/C had trouble keeping up. We had to keep the blinds closed all day while at the beach to try and have it cool enough when we returned to even be comfortable. It stayed around 74 or 75 unless it was the middle of the night. That is very uncomfortable during the end of June. Lights were also out, half of the burners on the stove didn't work (yet repairs were made while we were there), etc. Beds were comfortable and overall i would rate our vacation a 4 but our accommodations were a 3.5. However, Waterscape was amazing.

Refrigerator ice machine broken, TV not working- they did try to fix ,but not working, water stains , and worn down looking condo. View great! Rest of facility always good. Better stocked, better looking condos on property.

Great place for a family with kids.

The place was perfect for a family of 7. They had things to do for the entire family. Easy beach access. Would definitely stay there again.

One bad apple spoils the bunch

The view is absolutely beautiful. It also was a nice one to have with an infant because there was no glass tables or really anything he could get hurt on. It worked for us however there were many things that could use fixing and updating. The freezer makes a noise the bath tub in master does not plug all the way so water slow drains out. The drawers need new lining but like I said it worked for our short stay. We didn't stay in the room that much so. However my biggest issue with this unit was, we checked out and I realized I left my purse and diaper bag in the room on the couch and I called they filed a claim said they would reach back out to me they did not. I called the following day because my whole life is in my purse ( my car keys, wallet thank goodness my I'd and debit card are in my phone case, my kids insurance cards, my sons WIC folder, a special note from my papa who is no longer with us) the woman I spoke with said they found my purse but no diaper bag and they had shipped it she would send me the tracking info well I never got nothing. The next day my boyfriend gets home and said they messaged him that morning and said they're sorry but neither item was found. So I called again wanting to know what cleaning company they used so I could contact them they said no can't do that well then let me talk to supervisor or manager no we can't do that either. We will get in touch with him and get back to you. No one has still gotten back to me!! I am livid at this point because they have been no help and just keep string me along won't allow me to talk to any manger or owner. We will NEVER book through them again and I just want everyone to beware of you leave something in your condo you won't ever see it again. Beware of who you book with.

Condo updating

Condo needs major updating, not well maintained. Toilet runs if you don't lift the handle a certain way, one burner on the stove doesn't work, shower heads and bath tub faucets leak unless the knobs are in a certain position. Patio furniture has no cushions for the chairs BUT I will say, the view was great!

needs work

My first impression as I walked into the unit was it needs to be repainted, you can tell there’s been a water leak near kitchen/dining area at ceiling (clearly an old issue), and the baseboards could use some fresh paint as well. This could be a nice unit if the owners took the time to make the necessary changes. Upon arrival we had a few issues (but nothing major) a few light fixtures weren’t working, mold in a bedroom at baseboard. Management was easy to work with and came in a timely manner and fixed all the issues. The furniture in living room is very uncomfortable, makes noises when you move, and needs to be steam cleaned, but replacing them would be the best option. Master bedroom bed is very uncomfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced. A quick fix would be to add a mattress topper and this would tremendously help the bed. The bunk areas beds are more comfortable than the master!!! Obvious mold growing throughout unit around sliding doors, baseboards, air vents, and exhaust fans. Bring extra pillows, unit only offers two pillows on king and two pillows on queen bed with one extra pillow in each closet. Kitchen is stocked decent, washer and dryer work great. AC works great. The view on the balcony is nice and we saw dolphins daily. Unit could use additional seating or dining area on balcony. We had no issues getting beach chairs daily at the beach and Waterscape has some great amenities to offer it’s guests. Some complained about the unit being far away from the parking garage but that’s the price you pay for a good view, and if your not lazy it’s not the far. Although I would personally not stay in this unit again I would consider renting from Southern Vacation Rentals again as they were easy to deal with. This unit is comparable to staying at a 2 star Days Inn. If you prefer a Marriott or Hilton brand luxury hotel this unit isn’t for you.

Needs major updating & deep cleaning

I was honestly shocked when we checked into this unit. This was our third time staying at Waterscape, but our first time in this particular unit. It was definitely subpar and so disappointing. We honestly could not wait to get back home. First of all cleanliness was a major issue. There was mold in the master shower. There was mold in the kitchen sink. There was dust in every corner. The toilets did not flush properly. The balcony was gross. I have pictures to prove all of this in case the property manager tries to dispute. The furniture was all so old and needs to be replaced. The couches are so worn, the rugs are frayed, there are scuffs on the walls, chipping paint. It is clear whoever owns this property just completely neglects it. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. I could go on and on. Do not recommend at all.

Nice vacation getaway

Property was nicely furnished. Both bedrooms have beach view and access to balcony! Check-in process was smooth and easy. Apartment has all essentials products for a short stay. The blinds in the master do not pull down easily. The screened door in the master is broken. Many difficulties opening the dishwasher. Handle does not operate appropriately. One wall in the master had dirt on it. The pool, hot tub and lazy rivers are family fun. Get early to get your own chair or table. Beach is fine white sand and crystal clear water. However lots of small algae during our stay. Not sure if it is seasonal or not. PCB and Naverre did not have have any. No additional cost for chair/umbrella at the beach. First come first served. Overall, we had a great time and will surely return in the area.

Beautiful view but lacking amenities

The unit is accurately described on the site. The view makes it! At this price point I expected blow dryers and bath amenities as well as at least a coffee starter setup. I searched for specifics about the unit contents prior to arrival but do not find a list of contents. Management could only be reached by text and the response was the next day. Also no beach towels in the unit and none available to rent on site.

Wonderful location but pick another unit

We have stayed at Waterscape before and have LOVED it! This time the property was still nice but this unit is very unloved. The views can’t be beat!!! It was peaceful and we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. However, the furniture was old, stained and uncomfortable. The interiors are equivalent to a cheap motel. The king size bed was broken?? and very loud every time we moved. The master bedroom only had one bedside table. It would have been nice to have a table outside on the balcony for dinning and enjoying the view. There’s no storage in the kids space for clothes. There was vomit for about 20 feet in the hallway. It wasn’t cleaned up for over 15 hours. We will return to the property but this unit isn’t recommended.

Heaven on Earth

The condo was beautiful and clean! The views were AMAZING from the condo and we were just a short walk to the beach. The room was perfect for us and very kid friendly. The pools at the property were also great and many options for smaller children. Easy process for checking in and checking out. We had a small issue with the air conditioning not cooling the room, someone came immediately and had it fixed within an hour. We were so pleased with how attentive they were to our needs. I would definitely recommend this unit and the property it’s a part of. We really enjoyed our time there! Thank you Southern Vacation Rentals!

Great view, great property (Waterscape), but so-so condo

I highly recommend Waterscape as it is a great condo/resort and is perfect for little kids. The two bedroom condo floorplan is great. The property was well-maintained and the staff were easy to locate if needed. The beach was also combed and the beach service was very nice. Great location on the island--easy to get to shopping, restaurants, Destin, etc. There is a parking garage which is great but beware that you may have a very long walk from the garage to the units closest to the gulf, like this one. This condo has amazing views but it badly needs some maintenance. The unit itself was pretty clean and well stocked. AC worked great and ceiling fans kept the air moving well. The appliances are not top of the line but work just fine. The kitchen is fine and the floors seems to be new (except for the 2 bathrooms), but that's where the updates have ended. The bathrooms have original fixtures and could use an update. The walls need to be painted and the furniture needs to be replaced or at the least steam cleaned. The mattresses, pillows, and bedding are pretty horrible so do not expect a good night's sleep. Also beware that the dining table is a high top, which may not be convenient for little ones. The company that owns this condo was easy to book with and they were available via text (with quick response) for anything you need.

Nice

We went with 4yr old & in laws. Its was great having 2 master baths & the bunk bed area was great for kid. Room had lovely floors throughout. Daughter loved splash pad areas & lazy river. Easy walk to pier & was pleased to find out that room came with beach chairs & umbrella. Restaurant across the street had live music & karaoke and was a blast. Will definitely return.
