A nice property with great view of Little St Germain lake and sunsets. Lots of common area and dining space for a group. Small bedrooms as expected for an up north cabin with some features that highlight a year round home. Modern kitchen provided all that was needed with many extras. Host was very helpful with local recommendations on boats and local eating places.

Only suggestion would be the outdoor furniture needs a good heavy duty spring cleaning (all the chairs, outdoor tables, patio). Gazeebo shown wasn't usable which helps with the bugs.

Great lake house, lots to do for a family. Basketball, hammock, pool table, ..... Enjoyed the abundant fishing. Literally every time the boys cast a pole, they caught something (even a pair of old bolle sunglasses off the pier:). Bibs boat rental was great to work with, close by, and showed us good spots on the lake to fish. Saw soo many deer on and near the property, and also spotted the eagles flying around. Spacious kitchen and eating area, set up for large families. Thanks for the stay!

Absolutely loved the home, beautiful views. Probably best view on the lake at sunset; sitting on the patio looking through the pines to the inlet of West Bay. Great wild life, watching from the dock, mother eagle trying to teach the baby how to fish. Baby dear out back while enjoying morning coffee. Fishing off the dock, kids caught (and released) bass, panfish, crappies, and even a small northern. We rented a pontoon boat from Paul's rental, found East bay to be a good spot to anchor and go swimming, there wasn't as much boat traffic there. The home has plenty of space for separation time when needed. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need and enough space for everyone to help out :)

Lots of space for a family to enjoy the outdoors! The view to the lake was outstanding and hearing the sound from the loons was so peaceful, not to mention the eagles who soared above!
