Great location, nice porch
Excessive fees, checkout times listed differently on VBO and rental agency, long list of check out requirements including making beds and putting dishes away
We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay. We only ask you wash and put away any dishes you used and make sure the blankets and pillows are set nicely on the beds. We have spoken with VRBO regarding the check-in time, but our check-in time is actually an hour earlier than what is listed on VRBO.

Last minute booking but the family loved it nice rooms comfy and spacious enough for 2 adults and 7 kids,nice pool close to room,view of bay,and screened in patio.
