We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. We are scuba divers and the location of the public beach down the road was perfect access to the bay.

We had a lovely time at Paddys Head Cottage. The cottage was comfortable, lots of space, beautiful location, very well stocked with kitchen supplies and big fluffy towels! There are also lots of DVD's to watch in the evening.

My parents-in-law took many walks along the beach and we all loved sitting

in the gazebo and enjoyed the absolutely stunning views. We took the kids

on the path and made it to see the lighthouse, it was a good hike and we

loved the views. It was a really special holiday time for us as we were

dropping off our daughter at Dalhousie. It was so nice to spend

the week together and we have lovely memories of visiting Peggy's Cove and

the surrounding area.

Jackie and Janet were very helpful, professional and welcoming. They made the process very easy and answered all of our questions quickly.

We were able to create lovely memories of our stay in Nova Scotia. We hope we can make this an annual trip and if so, hope to stay again at the cottage. Make sure to go to Ryers Lobster, they have fresh and cooked lobster, as well as frozen scallops. We ordered cooked lobster and frozen scallops and cooked them at the cottage, Ryers is just a quick drive down the road. Also, I highly recommend White Sails Bakery, they have the best blueberry lemon scones, blueberry pie, chocolate shortbread, coconut pie and quiche and fresh bread. Our week was too short, hope to return to try the rest of their amazing selections.

This is a wonderful home, well-appointed on a beautiful location with access to a small beach on one side and lots of sight-seeing all around. Near to more elaborate explorations (Peggy's Cove, etc), but right on top of a few short walks for our young boys.
