Our house is ideal for a family or two couples +1 and sleeps up to 5 people total, not more. Newly renovated, with 90 square meters, interior living space on 3 floors, with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, washer dryer, wifi, smart TV, AC and ceiling fans throughout the house.

Located in the luxury gated community of Costa Illios near Ornos. Costa Ilios is a community of 150 + attached homes resembling a typical Greek island village set in lush gardens with native plants like Oleander, Bougainvillea, and natural rock formations. The grounds are car-free and safe for children to roam. Inside the community, walk to the private beach or Olympic sized saltwater pool* with beach bar. The main bedroom on the upper level has a Queen sized bed a small balcony with a closet in the bedroom and hallway. The small bedroom on the upper floor is cozy and inviting with a single bed, storage but no closet. There is a full bathroom with rain shower on the upper level. On the lower level there is a large bedroom with 2 single beds a closet and mini fridge. Also on the lower level there is a full bath with rain shower and a utility space with washer/dryer

The newly renovated kitchen is equipped for light meal preparation, with a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and a full-sized electric stove. Many food delivery options are available nearby and Costa Ilios has it's own taverna open from May to October. Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth but not for drinking, we drink bottled water in Mykonos

There is a Smart/cable TV service and Wifi. Our house has AC/Heating units and ceiling fans in all rooms except the small bedroom.

The house is managed by Margarita our housekeeper and her teenage son. You will be greeted by one of them and shown the workings of the house, be especially attentive to the way the windows open and close. Margarita lives in the community and will attend to your needs as much as possible within her timeframe.

Costa Ilios near Ornos on the South West of the island. Just a 7-minute drive from the main town and the airport on an easily accessible road (this is an important distinction for Mykonos!). Ideally located for tranquillity whenever you wish for it, and all the buzz, nightlife and restaurants Mykonos has to offer.

Costa Ilios is not close to public transportation, and regular taxis are not reliable, however, a new taxi app IMove is becoming a very popular alternative with travelers who want to be car-free. Still to enjoy the house and the island we STRONGLY recommend having your own transportation car or motorbike. (Pushbikes are not useful, the roads are very steep).

* The community pool and taverna are open from May to October. No discount is given if they are not available.
** There is no smoking inside the house. Please no parties or loud gatherings on the premises. We welcome guests who agree to be respectful of neighbors and keep noise and other disturbances to an absolute minimum.
