Spacious and well stocked 3 bedroom unit a short walk from Northside Kitchen. I have stayed here 3 years in a row.
Beautiful condo in a fantastic location
Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. It's located perfectly -- easy access to Avon and Beaver Creek, and I-70 is just down the street so it's a breeze to drive to Vail. The bedrooms are a good size, the kitchen is updated and easy to use, and there's plenty of parking. Five stars!
The landlord was great. We left the key inside the house and he arranged to open the house.

Nice but with drawbacks
The living area is on the second floor. It is quite spacious and includes a gas fireplace, a large dinning table/area, and it has a balcony with a view of the Beaver Creek ski slopes. The kitchen is well laid out and stocked. Also on the second floor are two rather small bedrooms. One contains a queen sized bed which essentially fills the whole room, a very small closet, and does not have a dresser/chest drawers for storing clothes. The other has a set of bunk beds. The master bedroom is up on the next floor and is quite large and very nice. It has a very elaborate attached bathroom and a lot of closet space. The biggest problem with this property is its location, which is very close to highway I-70 and busy Nottingham road. The traffic noise from these two sources made it almost impossible to sleep with the windows open. Because the weather was rather warm during our stay, this made it rather uncomfortable to sleep in the two smaller bedrooms since they do not have overhead fans and there is no AC.
