Nº18 @ Sanico is a recent barn conversion, completed autumn 2020, amongst the rolling hills of Monferrato with incredible views of snowcapped mountains in winter, private swimming pool, parking for three cars, large enclosed garden, outside dining and relaxing area beautiful panoramic 9x4m saltwater pool. Inside you'll find a tastefully decorated open plan home, with master bedroom suite you'll find hard to leave! What we love most about Nº18 is the changing landscape and light colours; truly wonderful.

Nº18 @ Sanico è un nricente fienile di conversione, completato nell'autunno 2020, tra le dolci colline del Monferrato con una vista incredibile sulle montagne innevate, piscina privata, parcheggio per quattro auto, ampio giardino recintato, sala da pranzo all'aperto e zona relax bella piscina panoramica 9x4m con acqua salata. All'interno troverete una casa a pianta aperta arredata con gusto, con suite padronale che difficilmente potrete lasciare! Ciò che amiamo di più del Nº18 è il paesaggio mutevole e i colori chiari; davvero meraviglioso.

Wonderful stay

We had a perfect stay at this apartment. The well-equipped kitchen was a particular highlight, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. Everything else about the apartment was also great – it was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. We left completely satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa

This villa was amazing, Sara and Mark were great hosts, gave us great ideas on what to do while we were there, restaurants to visit, the villa has everything you could possibly need during your stay. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic villa

Gorgeous views, fabulous pool, thoughtful hosts, beautifully designed barn conversion villa. Mark & Sara we're next door so handy for any questions, but you wouldn't have known they were there. It's on the edge of a quiet little village with little going on, which suited us. Lots of places to visit nearby.

Perfect! We spent a wonderful summer week at Country Hideaway No. 18. Sara and Mark are super attentive hosts and provided us with a basket of fresh fruit, pasta, a bottle of wine, biscuits, etc. upon arrival, so we could immediately enjoy the great pool and garden without having to worry about grocery shopping. Everything around the house is very well managed and organized.The house is tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the nearby Castello di Razzano for an aperitivo and fantastic dinners. We visited Turin, Asti, and Alba, as well as many different wineries and vineyards in the Barolo region. We highly recommend No. 18 for a relaxing holiday.

Everything about No. 18 was perfect. Sara and Mark are so thoughtful. The home was appointed so nicely, they had everything we could have thought to need. The home, the yard, the town all were better than expected. Such a beautiful place! We only wish we had stayed longer.

This property is the most beautiful that we have ever stayedin . Sara and Mark are wonderful hosts… They have provided everything you could possibly need and they are very responsive and eager to help . The beautiful converted barn has everything you need for comfort. From quality linens and towels, nice wooden hangers for your clothes… Also dressers with drawer liners . The bathrooms are spotless and the showers are very large. The beds are very comfortable and the three bedrooms each have a lovely view. The kitchen is beautiful with an amazing antique workbench that they have turned into the stove area. Granite countertop island with four stools. A large dining table and all the dishes, pots and pans, etc. that you could possibly need. The living area has two full sofas with a large television, if you can tear your gaze away from the view! The entire back of the home looks out over a view that you cannot believe… Even more amazing in person than in the photos . There is a patio outside the kitchen/living room… There is a pergola that is dripping with wisteria when we were there in April, beautifully Landscape steps, going down to a second patio area, with comfortable chairs and a kind of badminton net with paddle balls . then more steps down to the lovely pool… Beautiful lounge, chairs with huge umbrellas… There is a large lawn and so many trees and flowers.I highly recommend this property and I would give them 100 stars if I could!Do not hesitate to book!

Beautiful villa with wonderful hosts

The villa is a beautiful property and very well appointed. It is actually more beautiful than represented in the listing and pictures. It is so wonderful to wake up with the beautiful views around the home. The location is exactly where we needed it to be. We felt comforted with the idea that Mark and Sara were just next door. They respected our privacy. Communicating with Sara and Mark was so easy, and they are very responsive. I especially appreciated the special note to our group and the list of recommendations on how best to enjoy our stay. We also appreciate the welcome package! The no.18 app is so easy and very informative. Sara had recommended Carla (chef) who created for us a fabulous dinner at the villa. We received a bonus with the many things Carla taught us about the food and the region. I have stayed in many villas and this is by far one of the best all around. I definitely recommend this place, and will look to return in the near future. Thanks Sara and Mark for being such fabulous hosts! Thanks Carla for a fantastic dinner! Until next time ...

Schönes Haus inmitten vom Piemont

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zu sechst sehr genossen. Das war das Ferienhaus mit der am besten eingerichteten Küche. Kaffee, Wein, Snacks etc. hatte es alles schon da. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einwandfrei und alles hat super geklappt. Alles sehr ordentlich, aufgeräumt und schon wieder eingerichtet. Wir kommen sicher wieder mal.
