DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
'Il Belpoggio Su Todi' (nome inteso a sottolineare la veduta aerea che si gode su Todi e la campagna circostante) è un piccolo borgo circondato da un giardino terrazzato, da un oliveto, da un bosco e soprattutto da una vista mozzafiato.

I casali sono stati interamente ristrutturati di recente, abbiamo salvaguardato la tipica architettura dell’Umbria, e abbiamo privilegiato l’uso di materiali locali (il cotto per i pavimenti, la pietra a vista per i muri esterni, i coppi antichi sui tetti).

Ogni dettaglio consente di vivere l’accoglienza della casa di campagna con tutte le comodità, compresa una scenografica piscina a sfioro in cui rinfrescarti durante la bella stagione.

1) CASALE GRANDE (GV)
Il Casale Grande ha una superficie di 340 mq circa, su due piani, e accoglie 8/10 persone.

Il salone è una bellissima sala di 120 mq in cui distendersi, mangiare, leggere davanti al fuoco del caminetto monumentale, passare momenti di dolce far niente, ricevere gli amici.

La cucina è abitabile, completamente accessoriata, tutta in pietra e ha il suo caminetto in cui cuocere i tuoi piatti alla brace.

Le stanze sono tutte al primo piano e sono così suddivise:
- 3 stanze da letto doppie tutte con bagno privato,
- 1 stanza da letto doppia con bagno (con 1 stanza da letto singola annessa).
Anche al secondo piano è presente un piccolo salotto in cui passare del tempo davanti al fuoco.

2) CASALETTO (SV)
Ha delle caratteristiche molto simili a quelle del Casale Grande, con una superficie più ridotta.
Le stanze da letto sono tutte al primo piano e sono così suddivise:
- 3 stanze da letto doppie,
- 1 stanza da letto singola,
- 2 sale da bagno.

Al piano terra, oltre alla sala da bagno completa di doccia, si trovano il salone con caminetto, la sala da pranzo e la cucina con caminetto.

3) ALA OVEST (WW)
È contigua al Casale Grande ed è situata al primo e al secondo piano.

Comprende:
- 4 stanze da letto doppie,
- 2 sale da bagno,
- cucina con balcone panoramico,
- sala con caminetto.

Vacanze perfette 🤩 😎

Abbiamo trascorso al Belpoggio le due settimane a cavallo di ferragosto ed è stata una splendida esperienza! Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa principale sentendoci davvero come se fosse “la casa di famiglia”. La casa è fornita di tutto, in cucina ed altrove, ed è tutto perfettamente funzionante. Ed anche la piscina e la zona relax intorno è perfetta! I proprietari sono stati disponibili, gentili, attenti ad ogni nostra richiesta ed esigenza. La tenuta è bellissima, perfetta per una vacanza in relax ed immersa tra le dolci colline di Todi….e vedere di sera le luci di Todi seduti comodamente su di una sdraio nel prato della casa bevendo un bicchiere di vino e sentendo i grilli è meraviglioso! Che dire di più…..complimenti a Federico ed al suo papà per offrire ai loro ospiti anche di più di quanto si legga nel sito! Federica Pietro e Sara

Gorgeous villa and amazing host

Belpoggio was a gorgeous villa with a stunning view. It was clean, easy to get to town, the store and for vendors to find. The host, Federico, was super friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, the pool was clean and a beautiful blue, and I can’t wait to stay again! Highly recommend!

Il Belpoggio Villa is a stunning property nestled on a hillside, offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside. The villa has been meticulously renovated over a decade, ensuring every detail is perfect. We hosted our wedding at Il Belpoggio with 20 guests, including couples, singles, and a young teenager. The property was spacious enough for everyone to relax and enjoy. The pool is fantastic, it's quite deep at one end, perfect for hot summer days. The rooms are comfortable, with a mix of larger and smaller options. The main house features a magnificent lounge area, perfect for chilling out, chatting, and watching TV. The stone construction keeps the rooms cool during the summer. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, and there's a barbecue outside for those who wish to use it. Words can't fully capture the beauty of this place. The pictures do some justice, but being there is on another level. The views are stunning from every angle. If you appreciate peace, tranquillity, beautiful countryside, and historic buildings, this place won't disappoint. The pool is great fun when the weather is nice. The host, Federico, is fantastic and always ready to help. He stays on-site the first night to ensure everything is okay and is only a WhatsApp message away if needed. Our guests, who are well travelled, came from all over the world and absolutely loved it. We all cannot wait to come back one day! One important note is the extremly strict recycling rules in this region.

The most perfect wedding week

We had the most beautiful wedding week at Federico’s home. We had 22 of our family members come and celebrate our wedding with us. The home was so spacious and comfy for everyone. Federico got us in contact with his favorite wedding vendors and they were all amazing. The pictures don’t do the proper justice! The town Todi itself is so lively with the best food and drinks. I would stay here again no doubt in the future. We had the most magical wedding celebration and our family can’t stop talking about it. Thank you Federico!

22 friends and family spent a magical 10 days in this beautiful location. Well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was a godsend. Would be fantastic if more ac available in lounge areas and larger fridge/ freezer in the grand Vila but other than these points I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here

Idealic, centrally located villa with beautiful views

I have visited Italy 3 times in the last 5 years. We have rented 4 villas. This is a wonderful property! Siamo rimasti li per 10 giorni. (10 day stay-3 generations, 10 -people). We rented all 3 homes. Federico was an extremely gracious host, solicitous, but respectful of our privacy. He stayed 1 night when we checked in and was available when needed him but otherwise let us enjoy our time together. Todi is a great location. The town has surprisingly good restaurants. The property is in the hills of Umbria but groceries, 2 cafes and the city of Todi were all within a 12 minutes drive. We took 6 day trips, Spoleto, Spello, Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Perugia. All were less than 1 hour’s drive. Rome airport was 1 hour 45 minutes. The pool is great. The houses are immaculate and well appointed. The views are to die for. They are all air conditioned but the temperatures at night in the hills made it mostly unnecessary. I fully recommend the property. I hesitated to review it as its a bit too precious to share.

Wedding in Todi

I knew this place was special as soon as I saw the listing. I stayed here with my family and friends for my wedding, which was also hosted at the property. The pictures truly don’t do this place justice, the view and serenity of the place are unmatched. Federico was excellent to communicate with and I had MANY questions throughout the process. The property was spotless. Todi the nearby town was absolutely charming. Our stay at Il Belpoggio feels like the most beautiful dream I wish I could relive. Thank you Federico!

Beautiful and marvelous villa and property!

This place is really beautiful! The buildings are renovated farmhouses, with fully equipped kitchens and rooms. We were 8 couples spending vacation together, and there was more than enough space for all. We all had separate bedrooms with double beds, and there was plenty of space for all to sit together during breakfast, lunch and dinner, both inside and outside. Lovely outdoor areas with a large infinity pool. Availability of new sunbeds and also a pergola where we could enjoy both the sun and the availability of some shade during the hot and sunny days. Il Belpoggio Su Todi is strategically located, with only a short drive to Todi city centre. Very convenient. We also had some great walkabouts in the area around the villa, around the green hills with olive trees and beautiful views. The owner of the property was really nice and very service minded. Perfection!

This was without doubt the best place we've ever vacationed. The villas are superbly located with a magnificent view of the hilltop town of Todi - a view we never tired of looking at. They are beautifully appointed, and a delight to spend time in. Really, there was nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. Communication with our host, Federico, was perfect and he could not have been more helpful, with recommendations for other places to stay in Italy, and to visit locally. He even arranged a birthday cake for one of our party on our first night. We had a wonderful time at Belpoggio Su Todi and look forward to returning one day. Thank you Federico.

We really enjoyed our stay. From the very beginning of booking, Federico was very helpful with information and guidance. When we arrived, Federico was helpful in every way and the same upon departure. The House and surroundings were fantastic. We really enjoyed the pool. Wonderful Umbrian home away from home!

I can’t say enough about how beautiful our experience at Belpoggio was! We rented all three residences there with 20 people, with our main dining and family activities enjoyed in the main building. The lovely hills, the charming city of Todi in the distance, and the beautiful sunflowers and olive trees greeted us each morning as we enjoyed breakfast outside! Our host, Federico, was very friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants, answering our many questions, and providing us information about our villa and its surroundings. He recommended our wonderful chef Laura for a magnificent pranzo to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and a surprise engagement! Belpoggio is not far from the many activities Umbria has to offer. We rented e-bikes in Orvieto, visited wineries, went to a charming zoo, spent a day kayaking and paddle boarding at Lake Trasimeno, and ate marvelous meals and gelati in Todi! One group even enjoyed a day trip to Rome, taking a train there from nearby Orvieto. Adults and children alike cooled off in the pool for morning and afternoon swims. Belpoggio’s kitchen was very well stocked for doing our own cooking and the local supermarket outside of Todi had everything we needed! Tante grazie, caro Federico, for hosting our family for an unforgettable Umbrian vacation. It was truly the trip of our lifetime!

The view was spectacular and the villas very spacious, clean and well maintained. Todi is also a good choice if you want to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. We want to come back! Unsere Hochzeitsreise mit Familie und Freunden, hätte nicht besser sein können. Die gesamte Anlage einfach wunderbar. Wir konnten gemeinsam Kochen und Essen, jeder hatte seinen eigenen Bereich mit Badezimmer. Der Pool, die Liegen, Spielsachen waren super für die Unterhaltung am Tag. Herzlicher und freundlicher kann man nicht vom Betreiber betreut werden. Vielen Dank !

Il Belpoggio -- beyond expectations!

We had 13 people in our party, ranging from age 3 to 60, and Il Belpoggio was the perfect spot. The drive from the Rome airport is beautiful! The property is truly stunning. It looks beautiful in the pictures but the pictures just don't capture the amazing beauty of the area. We spent a week here and cooked in the kitchen most nights. It was a very well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed. The living area is massive yet cozy. Federico was attentive before, during and after our visit, providing us with restaurants, chefs, information about the area, and following up on things left behind. We give this place a solid 5 stars!

La Dolce Vita!

Lifelong friends spanning two generations gathered from Canada, the UK, and the US for a wonderful 10-day holiday at Il BelPoggio. The villa, spread across three separate accommodations, provided ample space with many large bedrooms and modern bathrooms, expansive common areas, lots of outdoor seating, a beautiful infinity pool, and a huge country-style kitchen. The villa filled our needs in every way. It is perfectly situated in the Umbrian countryside, yet an easy drive to grocery shopping and the historic hilltop town of Todi. Whether gathering for early morning coffee in the kitchen, passing plates of pasta at long tables in the dining room, sipping prosecco while watching the lights twinkling from Todi, or lounging by the pool – we found many ways to live ‘la dolce vita’ at Il Belpoggio. And we cannot say enough good things about our host Federico. From the first point of contact to the warm welcome and helpful orientation, and throughout our stay, Federico was incredibly responsive and helpful. He truly went ‘above and beyond’ including his recommendations for a personal chef and others who facilitated our experience. Take a beautiful villa and add an exceptional host - and you have the winning formula for your perfect Umbrian holiday with family and friends.

Trip of a lifetime

We planned a stay there for a wedding with 24 people. The location was amazing and the owner Federico was helpful in everything. You will not be disappointed this property is much better in person than the pictures allow. There are only 3 bedroom AC u it’s bit the elevation keeps the house cold and has an amazing breeze. The pool are is exceptional and each room is nicely appointed.. it wa s the perfect place to entertain and have a wedding. Even the most discriminating vacationer will be pleased. We will definitely return. Thanks Federico for a great stay.

The most dreamy wedding stay 🌸🌸

I do not the have words to describe how amazing our wedding reception weekend at il Belpoggio su Todi was. The house itself is stunning, the rooms so well equipped, hosting 24 people was so so easy with many common spaces, big kitchen and additional bathrooms. We organized a wedding reception dinner ourselves, using only Federico’s kitchen equipment (the MASSIVE pan for risotto was a massive hit). There’s loads of space for storage, a larger coffee machine and all the tables and chairs needed. The pool near a shed with a ping pong table was also just AMAZING! Fun for DAYS! And all this wouldn’t be possible without Federico, always ready to help, adjust, check and recommend. Thank you so much for the family wedding of our dreams ❤️

Besser als die Bilder versprechen

Das Objekt ist in einem perfekten Zustand, äußerst sauber und der Gastgeber Federico ist sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer waren alle geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Bäder pro Zimmer angenehm und komfortabel. Der Pool, die Aussenanlage und die Terrasse waren so gemütlich, dass wir die gut ausgestattete Küche gerne genutzt haben und nur wenig in Restaurants gegangen sind. Die Lage ist äußerst ruhig, weshalb man auch zum Einkaufen das Auto benötigt und 10 Minuten Fahrzeit einplanen muss. Wir waren wahnsinnig zufrieden und sind glücklich abgereist. Wer gerne einen Luxusurlaub abseits vom touristischen Trubel der Stadt und der Meereslagen erleben will, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Wir waren 4 Familien mit 5 Kindern und hatten mehr als genug Platz.

Lovely stay with family

Nice stay and a lot of privacy with 24 people. Really Italian style, beds are good and dark rooms to sleep, liked that. Federico is a real gentlemen, and always react fast when we had some questions. Definitely a good place to stay with a couple of friends or family. 5 stars without a doubt.

Perfect property for family gathering

Family members travelled from Australia, Canada and the U.K. for a long awaited reunion, and the property was perfect. Federico was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, and helped us order pizzas for a birthday celebration while we were there. The photos don’t do it justice, the rooms were all much bigger than we expected, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen in the main house was incredibly well equipped, and we had big family meals together every evening. The pool was amazing and we spent most of our time gathered there swimming or lounging in the sun or shaded area. The views and location were spectacular. Both the town of Todi, a beautiful place to walk around, and a large supermarket are within a 5-10 minute drive of the property.

Mi chiamo Federico, sono cresciuto in ambienti internazionali, ho lavorato nell'energia e nella comunicazione, sono un grande appassionato di musica. Parlo 3 lingue (italiano, francese e inglese) e sono onorato di accogliere i nostri ospiti, permettere loro di passare un soggiorno sereno e di godere del tempo che passano al Belpoggio.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

La nostra proprietà di famiglia è situata in un luogo incantato, abbastanza lontano per poter respirare a pieni polmoni e abbastanza vicino per sfruttarne le comodità.

I miei genitori hanno messo tutto il loro amore nel restauro di queste belle dimore.

Il Belpoggio Su Todi è simile a un rifugio sicuro, dove rilassarsi e rigenerarsi.

Ci piace l’idea di condividere questo angolo di paradiso con delle persone dall’animo gentile e dal cuore grande, che cercano il contatto con la bellezza della natura e della città d’arte per fare il pieno di energia positiva.”

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Il Belpoggio Su Todi ha la più bella vista panoramica su Todi antica dei dintorni; in effetti, è senza rivali.

La ormai famosa panchina verde permette di godersi il panorama con calma, in perfetta solitudine o con i propri cari, per dei momenti di contemplazione e di gioia.

La natura la fa da padrona: abbiamo un oliveto composto da circa 100 piante e degli alberi da frutto.

Siamo circondati da campi agricoli che, a seconda degli anni, concedono lo spettacolo del morbido ondeggiare al vento delle spighe del grano o della colorata allegria di migliaia di girasoli.

Con la bella stagione, ogni ambiente esterno e interno riserva piccoli piaceri: la naturale frescura del grande salone, la coreografica bellezza della piscina a sfioro, la gentile ombra dei gelsi.

Sono altrettanti i luoghi in cui mangiare tutti insieme, leggere, riposare, giocare, a seconda della voglia, del tempo, dell’ora del giorno o della sera.
