This was the most unbelievable stay. The staff was warm and welcoming and even suggested a dinner on the beach for our last night. This is a truly lovely place to stay. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained and cleaned by the staff. Gerardo, the manager, makes sure that your plans are fulfilled and that everything is as you wish it to be. Ivan the chef will make you lovely meals and his personable staff will always make you smile. Five lovely bedrooms in the house-one first floor, four second floor-all ensuite and with beautiful views of Puerto Vallarta across Banderas Bay. The living area features a set of sliding glass doors about 30 feet wide that open and close at the touch of a switch. Outside is a beautiful heated pool, hot tub and exquisite landscaping. The view of the bay and the city is stunning. The location, even though on a main road, was very quiet, private and secure. We have rented beautiful properties all over the world. This was one of the finest and cleanest, the staff was the best ever, and we all wished we could have stayed another ten days.

Thank you so much for your beautiful and thoughtful review of Villa La Mansion. It truly means the world to us that you enjoyed not only the home itself, but also the experience our team works so hard to create. Gerardo takes great pride in making sure every detail is seamless, and Ivan and his staff love crafting memorable meals and moments for our guests. I will be sure to share your kind words with all of them — they will be thrilled. We’re so happy you appreciated the views across Banderas Bay, the indoor-outdoor living with our fully retractable glass doors, and the privacy and tranquility the property offers despite being conveniently located. Knowing that seasoned travelers like you consider Villa La Mansion one of the finest and cleanest properties you’ve experienced is the highest compliment we could receive. We would absolutely love to welcome you back for those extra ten days next time. Our doors are always open. Warm regards, Steve

Best family vacation ever!

3 families, with several kids aged 2-11, all had a FANTASTIC time. House is just like photos and staff were all truly phenomenal. The hospitality was fantastic and cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Toshiba, chef Ivan, Gerardo and Mary. They made this a true VACATION for adults and not just a trip with our kids. Location is great to easily catch bus into town or up the coast for adventures. Love everything about this property. Highly recommend!

Perfection in Puerto Vallarta

The house, the staff, and the owner made our stay effortlessly amazing from pre-visit preparation through our trip back to the airport. Having rented other similar homes in PV before, the property stands out with its unique access to the beach and outdoor areas. I've always been impressed with the hospitality and cuisine in PV, but this staff (and particularly Chef Leo) are exceptional. I look forward to returning!

We purchased this property in October 2018 and we are excited to start this new business. We have been coming to PV for many years and fell in love with the city and its people almost immediately. We purchased a condo in the Marina in 2009 and have loved owning a property here. We decided it was time to make a bigger commitment to a home that we could enjoy with our family and friends for many years to come. When we purchased Villa La Mansion, we immediately began working to help the already beautiful home reach its full potential. We purchased all new beds, linens, and towels and made sure the kitchen was fully stocked for our guests. We are in the process of adding our personal touch to the home with the purchase of new decor and furniture to help the home really shine!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We love the spacious feel of the villa. The rooms are large and spread out so there is plenty of privacy for our guests. The view is absolutely unbelievable!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This home has the largest ocean front presence on the bay, with it's own private beach and large heated swimming pool.
