Perfect Family Vacation

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful condo for our summer vacation, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the entire place was. It felt so welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to settle in right away. The layout was absolutely perfect for our family, with three spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms. This meant everyone had their own private space, which was a huge plus for a relaxing vacation. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful balcony. It quickly became our favorite spot, offering the perfect setting to enjoy our coffee every morning and unwind in the evenings. The views were lovely, and it truly enhanced our vacation experience. We would, without a doubt, stay at this place again! We have only a couple of minor suggestions, which are hardly negatives, but perhaps just ways to make an already fantastic stay even better. A few more throw rugs, especially near the entryways, would have been helpful. With daily trips to the beach, it was a bit challenging to keep the sand from spreading, even with regular sweeping. Additionally, a few extra towels would have been a nice touch. However, we managed perfectly fine by washing the towels provided, and it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the week. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. It was truly perfect for my family, and we made some wonderful memories.

My two friends and I were so pleased with the condo. Wraparound porch was fantastic. Loved being able to open the sliding doors to let the sound of the gulf flow in. Overall, Five stars.

Our stay was ok. Bed was extremely comfortable (for us) the view was AMAZING. There were some flaws, as most places do. The lamp in the bedroom closest to the closet didn’t work, matter fact, the light itself was broken. There were very items in the cabinets for cooking but we made due. The blender needed to be cleaned, we didn’t use it because it look very dirty and didn’t want to scrub for hours. The couch was comfortable to lay on, but could use a recliner in the living room. I would suggest adding additional trash bags and dish washing detergent. We enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We had 6 adults in our condo. Plenty of room for everyone and plenty of privacy. The balcony was our focal point. Other than beach time we spent most of our time out on the balcony where the patio furniture was perfect. The staff kept the property clean and there wasn’t a time we didn’t see them not cleaning.

Vacations getaway

The property is older compared to the surrounding complexs, but it's also quant with friendly staff. We had a pleasant time, with access to indoor pool, outdoor pool, easy access to the beach, which was very nice. Overall a really great stay.

So it was a great condo with beautiful views. The welcome pack though lacked. We told them a family of 8 were staying and we only got 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, and 3 packs to wash clothes. I figured they would accommodate us alittle more. There was nothing to clean the counters with, no actual soap to mop the floors from the grit of traveling all week being we like to be clean. There was no salt or pepper shackers available. The sheets on the pull out couch were not cleaned. Floors didn't seem mopped all that great when entering the first time. The gym also isn't as the pictures show. Only have treadmills. Those are the big things for me. As of location and balcony everything was great. Easy access to the beach. As of staying here again I probably wouldn't.

Just ok

The condo complex itself was simple but nice, clean and check in was good. I did not like this unit as it was run down and poorly stocked. We had to guy buy MANY things (coffee mugs, towels, hangers) and the items that were there were of poor quality and worn down. .. like the towels, furniture and kitchen supplies. I am not a super picky person but this unit did not meet my hopes. The wrap around deck was very nice; however the KMart furniture on the deck was not. Many units had nice deck furniture but this unit had a plastic folding table and super cheap chairs. With a little TLC this unit would be much nicer for guests.

Great location, but that’s about it

Contacted the owner multiple times about multiple issues. (Microwave not working, tv not working, internet went down on day 2, furniture not matching what’s listed on pictures) and I got a standard “we will let the local representative know” but no one ever came. Incredibly disappointed in this and will never stay here again.

Great location

The location of this complex and fairly low density are a plus. We’ve stayed at several complexes in Orange Beach and the proximity to restaurants and groceries is great. But, We’ve never used Vacasa before and we were very disappointed in the local customer service and response time. We were texted by Vacasa and told that our condo was ready earlier than regular checkin time, so we were excited to get in early. Upon arrival, I noticed that the kitchen sink would not drain well and was not very clean. I had my own cleaning supplies, so I cleaned the sinks and the service went down hill from there.

Winter retreat

We had a wonderful time and the condo was awesome. Area was beautiful as always. It is centralized so that you can visit Ft Morgan, ho fishing and then visit Pensacola to eat at McGuire’s easily also a short trip to Biloxi. It was a good vacation.

Pros and cons

Nice view more then enough room for a family of 4 I’m sure 6 would not be a problem either.Always nice to have a washer and dryer. Pretty good area had some grocery stores , restaurants and gift shops close by. Master bath counter top was still broken received an email about that. Tiles in one of the other bathrooms was also broken , some of the cabinets were dirty plus some dishes. Received an email saying tennis court was still damaged and would probably be taken out but it was just the opposite they redid it plus had pickle ball lines on it too if we would of known that we would of brought our rackets for both. Like the idea of them having some beach toys there but half were broken the half that was not come in handy for us to use. All in all most cons were small and can be dealt with. Only thing really did not like was the other king bedrooms slinging glass door didn’t lock called twice to have them come look at it and no one ever did and after 2 days of messing with it finally got it to lock so we never used it again.

Nice balcony

Location was good, beach was not overly crowded which is great for families. Security seems a little high strung which made us nervous when we had to load our third vehicle which we parked off site during our stay as we witnessed several vehicles being towed which we understand the parking limitations, but we’re worried about our vehicle while loading up. The condo needs repairs, specifically to the broken tile, broken and missing part of the master vanity and one of the closet doors in the second king bedroom. Kitchen is not well stocked for those that cook a lot, but overall the stay was good. The balcony is very very nice!

Great view and condo was great! Recliner chair is very worn. Did not have a table and chairs on balcony as indicated in the picture though. We would have loved to eat out on the balcony.

Great location. The floor plan of the condo is great but the furniture was very outdated and worn. The patio furniture in the picture was not what was there when we arrived. There was only a folded cardboard table that was ripped.

Just beware!

The management did warrant of construction. It is extremely loud!!! You can not be at the condo at all while they are working. Very disappointed about the noise. As far as the condo itself, the 2nd King room the bed is awful. Dips heavily in rhe middle a d hard to sleep on. The ease of booking. Check-in and out was great! Location great. View wonderful

Things falling apart, broken, complex in disarray

Rooms had multiple things broken and furniture damaged. Condo complex had nothing to offer. Indoor pool was closed, tennis courts closed, one elevator out. Balcony is nice but we constantly smelled cigarette smoke even though it wasn’t allowed. Floor tiles broken on the balcony which made it unsafe for my child.
