Situato in posizione centrale ea pochi minuti da praticamente tutte le opzioni di ristorazione, shopping e divertimento per cui Myrtle Beach è famosa! Vieni ad avere la vacanza dei tuoi sogni !!

Perfect place to stay.

The condo is so well done and comfortable. The owners are great and very responsive. The location is also really good. I would definitely recommend staying here. Would love to come back in the future.

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. Damon and Lisa were very kind and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

From the booking to departing, Everything went so smooth. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, for your next vacation. Everything you could possibly need or want to see is within driving distance. The McDaniel's are amazing to work with, and answered any questions I had quickly. Only a text away.

Ladies Trip Beautiful 50 plus

We were at a beautiful property the unit had everything that you could ask for the beach was 10 steps away plenty of restaurants. The natives were very friendly.

Excellent Stay

Damon the owner was VERY receptive and prompt to texts and emails prior, and during vacation. He and his wife were very friendly. They provided us with recommendations for coupons, places to go, etc. The condo is IMMACULATE, up to date, working AC, decent view, beautiful decor. No major issues that caused any stress to our trip. We would consider staying at this property again. The kids enjoyed the pool area, arcade, and it’s nice to have a restaurant and bar onsite for nights that need a quick dinner for the littles! Plenty of space. Reasonable price for the week. I did miss have ing a sidewalk/broad walk that was ocean front for workout purposes. Twin bedroom area was not as cold as the other rooms. Would give this 5 stars! Great accommodations!

Nice condo great view

Enjoyed the condo, plenty of room, very nice overall. The parking garage was a bit tight but after we found the additional garage it was much easier getting in and out.

Beautiful home

We throughly enjoyed our stay and could not have been more pleased with our experience with Damon and Lisa. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and would love to go back for a return visit!

Great Time

We had a great time, and we were very happy with the property. We were unable to locate a remote control for a television in the front room, but we used a Fire stick, and my daughter was able to watch the television.

Vacation at Myrtle Beach

The condo was very clean and up to date. We have a family of eight and had plenty of room without feeling crowded or on top of each other. It was two of our kids and our three foster children’s first time to the ocean and the condo made it an enjoyable part of the vacation. The owners were good to work with and were able to assist us with getting into the condo when we arrived at the beach. There was a delay in the email from VRBO with the information needed to get into the condo, came about an hour after check-in, the owners were able to assist us getting into the condo and settling in for the week. The condo was centrally located between the attractions we wanted to take the kids to. Overall the condo was beautiful and I would definitely stay there again.

Some good, some bad

First, the condo itself is great. Really nicely decorated and clean. It is in a building off the beach. Hard to tell from pics. So it is quite far from the beach. The view is more of a parking lot view, with a glimpse of the beach :) Since this owner books through vrbo, the local property manager does not allow renters to use the primary water park (biggest reason I booked here). This info is listed in the contract you get after you book, so the owner says his listing is "not misleading". He said owners are fighting this in court, so clearly everyone knows it is an issue. I've always wanted to stay at sand dunes, and probably will never again for these reasons. Final note.... i use vrbo all of the time, and there check-in procedure is just odd. There was no communication prior to coming. I emailed a few days out and asked what room the unit was and how to get in and they had me "text" a picture of my driver's license when I was one hour out... it was only then that the owner would tell me the room number and the door code. it was a bit unnerving driving all the way there with my grandkids not knowing the exact room and/or how to get in. For this reason, sand dunes gets a 3 star, the unit itself gets 5, and the owner gets a 1 (no way to give a zero).

Family getaway

Everything was amazing ! The condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed and more! Everything was less than a 15 minute drive from the condo. Balcony view of the beach was so relaxing at night. Owners were amazing, flexible and very responsive. Will definitely be back and recommend people to stay here !

Wonderful stay

Everything was just as pictured. The host/property manager was more than willing to assist and was genuinely pleasant- it makes the experience extraordinary. The place was clean. Great view of the ocean. Nice furnishings and decor. Comfortable bedding and mattresses. Unit close to elevator but no disruptions from it. Made it very easy to load and unload. Short walk to the beach and pools were nice. Kitchen fully equipped with great appliances and kitchenware. AC and water pressure were awesome! We will visit again for sure.

Absolutely perfect!

It was my first time visiting Myrtle Beach and went in blind renting this property. The condo was absolutely perfect for us. Extremely clean and tidy, comfortable beds and plenty of space with a beautiful view. My communication with Damon and Lisa was wonderful and I feel lucky we were able to rent from them. We loved everything about our stay!

Views, views and views! Then inside we loved the custom woodworking and storage galore! Since we've been able to enjoy the unit on multiple occasions - our favorites are the closeness to everything!! Shopping, dining, area attractions, airport - everything Myrtle is famous for! The condo is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, the balcony is awesome for morning coffee.
