2 Double Bedroom Standard Double with Microwave, Coffee Maker Refrigerator and Toaster. All standard rooms have private balconies and a panoramic 180degree view of the Atlantic Ocean and beach. Beach view is "ON THE BEACH" as in if you (jumped of the balcony you would land in it ((not recommended)). These are Ocean FRONT and Ocean View rooms. The Sea Vista Motel is located just 1 mile south of the town of Topsail Beach and is the last business on the southern end of Topsail Island

Very cozy stay! Clean rooms, easy beach access, friendly and helpful host! I decided to take off to the beach for just a couple of days, and this was the perfect spot. Affordable and clean, please don't let the word "motel" missing out on this spot!

September Beach Trip

I almost don’t want to share how great Sea Vista Motel is because it is such a gem. This is my second time staying here and I can honestly say it’s as close to perfect as you can get. An older property but well taken care of. Beautiful beach front comfort. Love this place and can’t wait to come back!!

Pros and Cons as expected.

This is a much older property that has ample parking and great ocean views. The walls are thin and neighbors aren't always aware of that. The bedding is very thin, so if you are cold natured, bring a blanket. The dog walking area near the entrance to the property was very disappointing. There are sticky burr plants all over the area and they are very painful and not easy to remove from yourself and your pets. It was a very clean area and poop bags are provided, but if they want to be truly "dog friendly", they would remove those wild weeds. I was not aware that there wasn't an elevator on this property, so the hike to the top floor (3rd) for my elderly dog was rough. Having the kitchen was nice, but we didn't use it much. Rooms are small, but perfect for the two of us and our pups. Overall, a nice, no frills, on the beach, spot to lay your head.

Spring Break @ Topsail

The property was easy to book and the place was great! The beach was not crowded and very safe. The water was really cold , but had nice days to enjoy it! This property is close to the end of the island and not in a busy area. Perfect for spending quiet days! The room was perfects down the balcony view amazing!! Warmer on the balcony with the sunshine , it doesn’t make you feel bad for spending time there if you don’t want the sand. Tons of shells as well....
