Property was as described in the ad. We traveled a lot this past summer and this is by far the best house we’ve stayed in. Enough room for family to spread, well stocked (utensils, glassware, plates, etc.). We will definitely rent this house again next spring.Communication with host was seamless. Thank you Bob for making our stay a perfect one.

We had a great time this past weekend house was more than big enough for my whole family. There was a place the kids could go n watch tv n play games , a spot for the adults it was great. We especially enjoyed the fireplace out side Would definitely stay there again

Family Home

All the different rooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space. Yard was great for kids and quiet neighborhood.Will definitely rent it again!

Didn't dissapoint

My friends and I have stayed at this rental home three times now and each time we've enjoyed our stay. To me, a repeat customer is always a good sign. The property manager was wonderful and we had no issues. I highly recommend this home - it has a ton of room, it is in a GREAT location, we were all comfortable, and we all had a great time.

Great stay

We really enjoyed the home. 4 Adult women plenty of space. We were supposed to be a party of 6 and would still have had plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect location with all the amenities. Home was clean and spacious.

Great vacation spot!

Our family trult enjiyed our stay, there was a plethora of toys & games for our 5 year old granddaughter and plenty to do fir us grown ups. Everything was just as described and made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again. The location is also perfect for activities around the area. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. Thanks so much f

One of our trips to NH.

The home is great and I n a nice neighborhood close to all we wanted to do. The property manager was great and quickly fixed the one small issue we had. Like most places the 90’ weather (not use to that in NH) sent us to a lake twice. The only shock, after going to North Conway many times in 48 years for vacations, they now charge money for almost everything. Nature should not cost money, but I understand the necessity.

Great weekend stay

We had a great stay! Four adults and four kids had everything they needed and more. The kids didn’t want to leave, it was set up perfectly for kids of all ages! The house was fully stocked and we didn’t to worry about a thing!

Would rent again!

Overall our experience was great. The house is in a nice neighborhood that is near everything, minutes away from downtown and a bunch of yummy restaurants. The house was well kept and spacious. The only two things I would say is it took over an hr to hear back from the realtor when our AC wasn't working (as soon as we got there)... BUT he responded hugely by bringing a new one and solving our problem. The second is that the lawn was pretty long which was a bummer because they had plenty of lawn games to play but didn't want to deal with possible tick situation . All in all as I titled this review, all 8 of us would stay in this home again. Thank you so much for allowing us to live in your home for our long weekend :)

Perfect location close to everything!

This house is just as pictures show. Close to everything North Conway has to offer. The neighborhood was very quiet. Comfy beds , well decorated house very clean, plenty of space for all. Thank you for sharing definitely would rent again.

Close to North Conway center

Great central location to North Conway center. The large living space was perfect for our family getaway of 7 adults and 2 children. The home owners have the extras to make your stay easy like a pack and play, kids games and a fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

House offers a lot of space for family and friends, very clean, and just minutes from downtown North Conway. Great communication with the owner, very easy check in process. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Place

Great house, great location, house was well stocked and clean. Layout was nice we were travelling with five children, they had the entire area above the garage to play and have fun leaving the rest of the house for adults to enjoy some peace and quiet. Really enjoyed the say.
