Great stays are even better when our team can help! Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear the rest of your stay was great, but we're sorry the elevator issue created an inconvenience. The good news is that the HOA repaired the elevator the same day it was reported. We also appreciate your feedback about the listing, and we'll review the description to make sure the unit's second-floor location is as clear as possible. Thank you again for staying with Padre Escapes, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even smoother stay in the future.
