This lower level rental offers incredible spaces, either indoors or outdoors. Your private patio is covered and has been equipped with a couple of comfortable patio chairs and a rocking chair.

Inside, this well-appointed retreat has a spacious open floor plan, seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Cozy up on the comfy sofa right in front of the flatscreen TV with cable for an entertaining evening at home. When mealtime comes around, let your guests gather around the dining table while you surprise them with your famous recipe! The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to show off your cooking skills and treat everyone to tasty meals. This air-conditioned space also features a private washer/dryer and grants guests access to a community outdoor pool and tennis court.

it was a fun time

i loved the maintenance man, he came right on time when we we needed him, the whole house was nice and spacious. it was very cozy and homey !

Cozy and peaceful

The lower level apartment felt clean and airy. The backyard and back porch with peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake and pool in a few short minutes (8 min or so) but also away from the louder streets.

Got to Lake J. early and took a walk around the lake. Checked in and found the property to be easily accessible and clean. Spent the weekend in and around the local area. The price for the stay was good and all around it was quiet and peaceful. We recommend not having the rubber bathtub mat as we both slipped while showering (not a safety issue, but close). Would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere. Other than that, we really enjoyed staying here. Thanks

Disappointed

Our stay was ok. We arrived to a dark walkway and stairs which had lights but they never came on. Made it hard to bring in your stuff in at night. We had 1 wash cloth for a weeks stay for 2 people. Our code never worked to get access to washer and dryer.. The TV would contect to the internet, could not change the heater settings and The 10 digit door code wasn't the same the whole time. Each time you make a change to stay additional time the code changed each day.. and the beds are very uncomfortable!

Very basic rental, Fees/Taxes were more than the rent!

This was a clean but VERY basic basement apartment. The stairs leading to the entrance in the backyard needed better lighting. The check-in instructions were incorrect: they specified a lockbox on the bannister -- the code didn't work on the bannister lockbox but that was actually unnecessary since the door also had a combination door lock (for which the code did work). The beds are just mattress-on-bare-spring, not uncomfortable but not great. Nice bathroom. Note that the fees and taxes were more than 50% of the total rental cost.
