The third bedroom has dual built in bunk beds, with space for 4. Another full bathroom and oversized laundry room are adjacent. With a modern, open floorplan, the living space flows into the dining room and gourmet kitchen, with amazing views. There is also a large deck for your enjoyment. This home is located right next to public beach access 36, providing you a direct route to the beach. (Please note, the walk to the beach is approximately 150 steps)
