Located just south of Downtown Atlanta, Castleberry Hill is one of the city’s most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. This historic district—listed on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as Atlanta’s eighth Landmark District—has transformed from a 19th- and early 20th-century warehouse hub into a thriving community filled with art galleries, retail shops, restaurants, lofts, and condos.

Known for its unique blend of history and creativity, Castleberry Hill showcases converted warehouse lofts, cultural diversity, and a growing mix of residents and businesses. The neighborhood is steeped in Atlanta’s transportation history: rail lines that shaped its streets still run through it, and it was once home to the city’s first horse-drawn trolley line. After the Civil War, it became a lively working-class district, supporting much of Atlanta’s growth with tradespeople and laborers who lived within walking distance of their work.

Today, Castleberry Hill is in the midst of a true renaissance. Its preserved industrial architecture now frames a neighborhood that balances historic charm with modern energy. You’ll have full access to the entire condo—this space is yours to enjoy and make yourself at home.

Self Check-In is simple and secure. The building can be entered through either the front entrance or the rear garage doors, both equipped with smart keypads. Before your arrival, you’ll receive a unique access code that works for all exterior doors, including the garage, so you can come and go with ease.

In addition, a separate auto-generated code will be provided for your individual unit. This code is active only for the duration of your stay, ensuring both convenience and security. All entry is powered by Point Central software, giving you a seamless, keyless check-in experience.

Soft morning light drifts through tall loft-style windows as the quiet of your space contrasts with the steady rhythm of downtown Atlanta just beyond the door. Evenings settle into a comfortable calm, where you can unwind indoors with a show or gather in the shared outdoor spaces before returning to your own private retreat. A private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock allow for a smooth, flexible arrival.

If you’re flying in, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is only 10 miles away, about a 15–20 minute ride by car or a straight shot on MARTA.

Prefer rideshare? Uber and Lyft are consistently less than 5 minutes away and very affordable, making it easy to get anywhere you need to go without the hassle of parking.

Located in the heart of Castleberry Hill’s main entertainment corridor, The Otis blends history and modern style with the creative touch of Atlanta native and designer-turned-television star Ty Pennington. Best known for Trading Spaces and Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Pennington has left his mark throughout the property. Nearly every piece of artwork in The Otis—inside the residences as well as the common areas—was custom-created by him, giving the building a unique and artistic character you won’t find anywhere else.

The building itself carries a story of its own. Named after an elevator manufacturer that once operated on the site, The Otis preserves the historic façade, still proudly displaying the original company’s logo as a nod to its past.

Parking: Your rental includes one reserved space in the secured, covered garage (7-foot height clearance). Free public parking is also available in front of and behind the building. Additional garage spaces may be available for purchase upon request.
