Perfect for dog owners. Yard is large. Fence secure. Nice quiet spot and bed was comfortable. Everything you need.

Was great with fenced yard for dogs. Very quiet.

Needs some updating. Furniture was pretty worn. However, we really only slept there & were out visiting friends so was fine for our needs. Pretty clean too.

Finding the location was easy. Once parked your are a few steps from the gate entrance. Going up the ramp and leading to the screened porch the door is right there. I liked it. No confusion whatsoever. Inside, the house smells nice and clean, floors where clean, flat top stove top, nice size fridge for all your food, beverages, etc. Pretty much everything you need to cook is provided. Stainless steel pots 2 small and one large (maybe 4 qt) and a pan. All have a lid. Cups, glasses, plates, bowls silverware are provided. Bathroom is lovely walk in standing shower, lots of towels, and lots of room. The room was nice the bed was very comfortable, as soon as our heads hit the pillow we were out. And slept all night.Someone mentioned the train but for us it was no big deal. I personally did not mind it. Overall it met our needs and surpassed out expectations. We needed a place to relax and unwind the weekend. And this was perfect. There are many places to shop and eat around.

The unit was clean and tidy but not at all as depicted in the photos. Unit and furniture worn and shabby. Correct WiFi information not provided despite multiple requests to the host. Loud train horns from nearby active tracks

Decent place with a great yard

Nice home tucked away in the woods with a wonderful yard that was perfect for our dog. There were some ants and a jumping spider that snuck in, but perhaps to be expected given the location. Note that Google Maps does not provide the correct directions; the property is accessible from a gravel driveway extending from the street the address is listed at.

Dated furniture and could use a little extra cleaning but overall good experience. I don't remember it being mentioned in the listing but there is a train across the street a hundred yards or so away that does blow its horns several times a night. It was not a deal breaker for us but for some it maybe.

Rustic but perfect for a quiet stay not far from UNC CH. We stayed here over a week while working nearby at the University. The area is very quiet except for the occasional train. Overall, this is a perfect spot for a couple or single. Communication with host was excellent. We enjoyed the extra space in the yard for our cat.
