Great apartment in Old Quebec.
This is a great apartment in the heart of Old Quebec, just outside the city wall in the "lower town," very near to the Petit Champlain district. Even visiting in the middle of winter it was an easy walking distance to everything to see and do in Old Quebec. The apartment itself is nice, with one bedroom (with 2 beds), a living room with tv, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom.
Wonderful Time in Quebec City
The place was very central to all the great activities in Old Quebec city. Steve and Sarah were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Steve and Sarah for a great stay.
Perfect location with all that you need.
The owner Steve was very helpful in getting us checked into his place. He's very helpful and able to communicate with us in English. He shared his personal history of the home with us which made the experience more enjoyable. Great guy! Short walk to a large grocery store. Perfect location to walk to all the wonderful interesting places in the walled City. Well supplied home for your needs to cook and live as you enjoy your visit. Hope to return.
Great location, close to most everything we needed
Great Old Port location for our three week stay. Minutes from good restaurants, the marina, Le Petit Champlain, ferry, and just up the hill to the Frontenac area. Great that grocery, pharmacy and liquor store were a quick walk.
Steve met us and introduced us to the unit and the area, telling us the building's history. (1800s) The apartment has character and charm. There was just two of us, but the bedroom has two beds to sleep more. We found the bed to be comfortable, large dresser to hold our clothes.
There's no AC but we really didn't need it. The apartment has windows on the front opposite back so there's cross-ventilation.
Steve was very accommodating, provided maps and other information about things to do in the area, restaurant recommendations, etc.
We had a nice first stay in Quebec City and you can't beat the 70s-80s temperatures.
Very happy with the property
The location of the property relative to Old Quebec was perfect. The en suite kitchen and laundry services were great for the family and even though the unit did not have air conditioning, opening the windows in the evening provided a nice breeze through the apartment to cool things off. Will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
